Had a great experience here with our sales person Mathew. He made the hour and a half my wife took buying all her shoes a really enjoyable time. Got some cool sandals for me too. Mathew also turned us on to a cool restaurant close by. We went and had a great experience.

I purchased a pair of dansko clog online from this company, unfortunately they were too narrow. So easy to return/​exchange which I did in the scottsdale mall store. They have great customer service especially a great lady named Porsche. She helped me try on 5 to 6 different shoes until on the last pair we finally found a pair of dansko lace up shoes that fit just right. I will definitely be going back to this store when I need a new pair. She was the most helpful and I really appreciate that she took the time to help me.

Especially since breaking a phalange — look it up LOL — the shoes they carry in here especially the Dansko ones are the only ones that don’t make me wince in pain. Went in here to see if they had any of the colors of a shoe I was wearing at the time that they didn’t have at my home store.
They did! The sales girl noticed as soon as I came in that I was wearing one of their brands and showed me to the section of the store that carried them. I was content.

If you are going to specialize in athletic shoes, you need to have sales personnel who know their stock and can help their customers select the right shoe. When I visited the Walking Company in Fashion Square mall, this was decidedly not the case. The lone salesman show no particular interest in helping me and just shrugged his shoulders and walked away when I said that the first pair I tried on wouldn’t do. If he knew anything, he gave no sign of it.
The selection was fair, the store was small but neat and clean, but the service was non-​existant.
