The Winfield of Scottsdale

Love this place! I could probably type up a novel on how awesome it has been to live here, but I’ll keep it short and to the point! At least I’ll try. :)
Great atmosphere all around. Kitchens have been remodeled and are lovely! And there has also been other renovations that just add too what a great place this is to live at. All the neighbors are friendly and the courtyard in our little area is an awesome place to hang out with friends and or neighbors! Plus the pool is beautiful and they have a gym! If you are looking for an affordable place to live with great vibes, look no further!
Also R.J. the manager here is super friendly and has gone above and beyond in helping us with the whole move in process! So if you have questions he is the man to speak too. This is literally the first time I have lived somewhere that has such a great manager, who is friendly and easy to talk with. Usually I get all nervous or hate having to talk with the management, but not here! This place is first class in my book.

Such a fantastic place to live; all of the apartments are new and up to date on all appliances. Not only are the apartments nice but the pool is absolutely beautiful with a grill there to cook at and hang out. R.J. the manager did a great job running the place and making sure everything was an easy process. Besides the elegance of the place, all o the neighbors are super friendly and nice to be around. The location is key, old town is right around the corner so it was for a great social life as well.

I love my new home at The Winfield of Scottsdale! The R.J. the manager was so helpful and friendly getting us all set up in our new digs! The whole atmosphere of the place is amazing, all of my neighbors are super friendly. My apartment is gorgeous inside and out with an awesome modern feel to it. I am so glad I have found such an great place to call home!

Beautiful place to live! Remodeled apartments with updated kitchens and appliances, a killer pool, covered parking, and donut Fridays. What more is there to say? Property manager RJ goes above and beyond to make living here feel like your best friend’s a stone throw away.

This honestly is a great community. The property manager R. J. has everything running smoothly and has resolved a few minor issues I had quickly and fairly for me. The grounds are well maintained by John and service requests get taken care of usually within hours. The pool is always clean and the gas grill works great. The newly renovated units are just the right kind of modern I was looking for. The neighbors are cool too. Awesome place to live.
