terrible !!! Lost my wifes shirt. went back 4 different days to see if they found it. then they give me a shirt on last trip and try to tell me thats it. So, they were gonna lose somebody elses shirt. the lady that runs the place is an idiot… would have left zero stars if it was an option.

this dry cleaners sucks! they ruined my clothing and did nothing to replace them. they didn’t even take responsibility for their error! i only gave one start because it wasn’t an option to give none.

I too wish you could give zero stars. And I wish I had read these reviews before I was a customer here. They lost two nice blouses of mine and I had to chase down someone to talk to by phone about it because the person working couldn’t help me. I had to make several phone calls, as I never got a call back. I got NO resolve. They didn’t pay for the lost clothes. They have the attitude that it’s just part of doing business. DO NOT leave your clothes to be cleaned here.

I wish that they had Zero stars on Unilocal,this place isn’t even deserving of 1 star.
To start they ruined my Runway dress, so my husband and I went back to the store to see what he could do. The lady in the shop wouldn’t call the owner, said he doesn’t like them to call. This was on a Saturday and on Wednesday we still never heard back from him, so my husband had to call again. He still didn’t answer and we told them he better call back or we were going to call the BBB. When brought to their attention the owner tried to blame it on me. He said that he can’t prove that I did not allow a friend to borrow my dress or that I took it to another cleaners and they ruined the dress. After trying to explain to him that he was questioning my integrity the owner of the company hung up on me! AWFUL customer service, you think!!!
Second his partner called my husband and said that he was going to «attempt» to try and fix the problem. He has left three days in a row now WITHOUT calling him back. AGAIN, AWFUL customer service.
Not only will I NEVER EVER go to this place again, I advise everyone I know to never go to them. They are awful, terrible with customers, ruin articles of clothing and question people’s integrity. I believe that if anyone’s integrity should be questioned, it’s the integrity of their business!

This place sucks! They have lost or ruined multiple things now, and all they do is offer half the price of what you purchased the item for and the other half of the price in «store credit.» This is also only after we have to repeatedly call to see what the status is of our lost/​ruined item.
Who would want to go back to this place after they have messed up so much?!
