Left several messages with office and never got a return call. Had an appointment and took a day off of work to be home for service. They called morning of appointment to cancel. Said it was because it was raining. This was a week with rain in the forecast everyday. I told him it would have been great to receive a call the evening before so I wouldn’t waste a day off and he said «I didn’t watch the weather last night.» Inconsiderate and unapologetic.

Their work is great… IF you can get a return call, IF you can badger them to get an estimate and IF you’re willing to beg for your finished project. Maybe my $ 3,000 item was just too small to be of interest. Horrible customer service but very talented metal workers.

Custom made and installed aluminum strips within my tile installation.
A difficult job. They worked with me in the design process to communicate with the tile installer exactly how to install the tile so the metal would be a precise installation.
The final product was beautiful.
We are now using them for a duct project in our home.
Intelligent, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Would highly recommend.

Terrible company, very poor workmanship. Had them remake 3 times and they could not even do a 90 degree angle and then they argue with you about it. They said that’s why the charge so much because they need to remake things DUH! Very expensive for lousy work. Stay away from them!
