It would be impossible for me to write a more positive review. I moved my parents in about three weeks ago. One of the primary reasons we chose Tuscany was a real sense of intimacy and caring that went above and beyond other, larger facilities. I can very honestly say that the staff at Tuscany has far exceeded my own high expectations, and have been true partners to make my parents move as easy and positive as possible. While I could write pages and mention so many people here who have made a difference, the first person you will meet is Cathy who is the head of Marketing and Sales. But unlike other facilities, her role and involvement goes far beyond. From the first meeting to today as I write this, she continues to be a true partner with my parents and me. She cares, and it shows. The advice, recommendations and friendship through a tough process have been literally priceless. I can’t ever thank her enough. As for the facility itself, it’s beautiful. Smaller than many other properties, it has everything my parents could want along with a sense of intimacy that is unmatched. The apartments are beautiful, and more spacious that some others including the ability to fit a king-sized beds in the unit my folks are in. And the food. They said it was good. They were wrong. The food is FANTASTIC! I live in NYC and eat at some great restaurants. The food here is on par or better than many of them. I’m not exaggerating. Overall, if you are considering moving to an independent living facility, you owe it to yourself to visit Tuscany. It’s just that good.

My Mom has been a resident at Tuscany for three years and, while no place is perfect, she is quite happy. The facility is lovely and the staff has been great. There is some concern now that they’ve been purchased by a public company(MBKSeniorLiving) that things will change for the worse. I truly hope not — the rents were just increased and I won’t pay more for less. The quality must remain high for residents and their families to remain happy.

What a lovely place! I would refer anyone here looking for a home that feels like resort-style living. I had lunch and a tour here and the staff were very attentive and cheery! The chef was as good as any that run my favorite places to dine in Scottsdale. If you know anyone looking for a beautiful place to live, thus is it! April in Phoenix

I had the pleasure of attending a luncheon meeting on the Tuscany @ McCormick Ranch property and was blown away! The grounds are stunning, the restaurant and food were great and the staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was able to take a tour and see a vacant villa, which is beautiful! I would recommend saying hello and taking time to visit here!

This is not a place where you would not want to put a Loved One. The Diner apparently has a 5 Star Chef, Guess Again… This chef doesn’t even know how to cook vegetables. All they care about is your Money. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few people there that are sincere, such as a few Restaurant workers. My Grandmother was absolutely miserable, for the time that she was there. When we first went to check it out with her, they were absolutely sweet as pie. My grandmother is not the Social Butterfly type, and that’s ok, but don’t try to FORCE her to be. At the end of the year, they expect you tip about $ 300 and that get divided up between all the employees EVEN the front office staff. You do not tip the Diner workers all year round. It is my understanding that Tuscany is under NEW Management. Good maybe they will actually care about their residents. If you’re a hoity Toity Scottsdale person you’ll fit in fine, otherwise, you’re looked down on. They’re lucky I gave them 1 Star. Oh yes, and we have moved my lovely grandmother out of there.
