Vision Offices

I have been an office tenant since February 2006, and I think the place is great. The staff is very professional and attentive to the tenant’s needs.

Vision Office is a great facility to work at. The Staff is very Friendly and always there to help. The amenities are great! The campus is always clean.
The onsite gym is a great place to release stress during a busy workday. They have many conference rooms for tenants to use.
I have been at this location for over two years and have no plans on leaving any time soon.

Great space, great price. Everybody is incredibly accommodating and willing/​able to help. Seems like the quality of tenant they have leasing is high quality businesses and individuals.
The Gym is perfect and rarely used. Having that in the complex is really nice.
The main conference room does not get much better for client meeting or board meetings. I have not had a conflict on scheduling.

I couldn’t be happier now that we moved our offices out of the Vision complex.
The price is ridiculous for whats available nearby on the market, and the staff are very difficult to deal with and very non responsive when you need something.
Not worth the money and hassle, suites are small and have no light so you feel like you are working in a cave.
My office had been there about 3 years — during which time the management staff constantly changed, there was no reason to learn the receptionists name as she would be gone in a flash.
My main gripe with this place was the price of everything. Rent was expensive, buying covered parking for my employees was expensive (and needed in the Arizona sun), in order to have the staff use the internet they charge you $ 50 per person per month or more even if you only have one hard wired connection with Wifi.
They have free water and HORRIBLE free coffee, but this does not warrant the mark up they make you pay.
We have since moved our US office to the Hayden Corporate Center and are super happy, the space is more than double the size, each room having multiple windows, and its less than half the price we were paying with utilities included.
Also, they totally ripped my company off in regards to returning our security deposit.
Update: 4 attempts at emailing and calling I have given up getting an explanation about our partially stolen security deposit. I’ll take the loss and be done with these fools.

I moved here approximately four months ago, and could not be happier with my experience. Everything works smoothly, phones are answered courteously, I am notified immediately when I have a delivery, clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, and the building is very well maintained. There are about 8 different kinds of coffee, fresh ice water with fruit, beautiful flowers in the lobby and so many other touches. The manager, Lori, works with her door open so any issue can be brought to her at any time. I was also amazed to arrive at work yesterday around 6:30 am to find she had already been here for a half an hour to make sure that the excessive flooding had not caused any problems at the building (it had not) and she had personally laid sandbags around any areas that could possibly be a problem in our 500 year flood (there were none). I could not be happier that I moved my law practice here.

Whats not to like? High turn over among staff… Steam room was broken for months. Gym smells. Watch where you step. Keep looking…
