this is a random review but it’s well deserved. stopped in for some water and sunscreen and from the minute we stepped inside the store, Pam made it feel like we were somewhere in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. She is the definition of what customer services stands for. when we asked where something was, she didn’t point it out or just tell us where it was, she guided us and even offered to look up any deals/specials or coupons that were available. I can go on with this review because of the way she made us feel like we were millionaires. Thanks a lot Pam, keep up the good work!

The wait time for my rx was about an hour. Nice people but subpar service. Understandable bc that place was crazy busy.

One of the worst places I have been too! Went to the clinic as a walk in and the lady disregarded my name on the sign in! The girl that was taken next signed in way after me and didn’t have an appointment. They have really poor customer service in this store and don’t care about you just the money you can pay them! I have been filling my meds at Walgreen’s for years and now me and my family will be taking our business to place where people actually care. I will not be recommending Walgreens to anyone else and I will warn others of your poor customer service!

I called to MAKESURE they had flu tests so I could get Tamiflu. I was very sick with fever, chills, and body aches. The PA refused to do a flu test on me saying they were inaccurate! I waited hours for this bad treatment. NEVERUSETHISPLACEAS A WALKINCLINIC!

Pretty sure I am keeping this place in business… Is just outside my door… I’m here nearly everyday… A lot of food items are overpriced compared to a grocery store… But I guess that’s the price of convenience

Sorry to have to give this one star, but that’s the lowest rating they have. Surly, stupid bitches working at the pharmacy and like most surly, stupid people, they resent having that pointed out to them. Unbelievably poor service, prices and people. They refused service to a 79-year-old woman because her son pointed out that they were unpleasant and unprofessional. And bitches. But they ARE, as all the old ladies waiting at the pharmacy agreed. All Walgreen’s tend to suck but this is the suckiest.

I have to pick up very specialized medications every month and for some reason they are the only ones that make sure to carry it for me. On top of that, the people are super helpful. Lastly, when you are in a pinch they have damn near anything you need to grab on the fly.

So painful at the drive-through, 15 minutes to pick up a pre-filled prescription with only one car ahead of me? Actually took them over five minutes to send the prescription through the tube after billing my credit card. The person working the window was very polite, but seemed totally disorganized.

Went to the clinic and was told I have a cold and it will be gone in a week, well it was bronchitis. The PA said I did not need an antibiotic, I asked her twice are you sure and told her I was traveling to Canada. She told me to follow up in Canada. Don’t waste your time see a Doctor!

What a waste of time. I waited a hour and half and was told they were too busy for walk ins today I should call and make an appointment. Will never be back. All they had to do is tell me before I waited how rude can someone be. Derek

If you need a cane, walker or individual gauze pads OR hospital gowns this is your one stop shop along with the various snacks, drinks & last minute birthday gifts.

Not bad for the store itself, great location and it’s within easy reach from SR-51&SR-202 on the corner near Scottsdale Rd. & Shea Blvd. This store even opens 24/7, which is a plus if you need something in the middle of the night and can’t get it anywhere else.

I came in needing a TB Test and the pharmacist was so nice! She was very perky, smiley, and kept offering us water. She was almost too nice to the point where I thought it was a little creepy so I smelled my water; turns out it was just her being an awesome(and not snooty at all) physician in Scottsdale. Will be back to the clinic if I ever need anything! Also, I signed up for the Walgreens card at a different location and I’m glad I did because my mom was with me and she wanted to purchase some Lays(they were $ 1.99 with card and $ 4.89 without). The guy behind the counter began to say«four ni…» when I cut him off and said I had a Walgreens card haha. It’s worth it signing up because you get the discounts(like the Fry’s card) and its SUPER easy!

Store, not bad. But STAYAWAYFROMTHEPHARMACY. I’ve taken prescriptions here around 10 times, and all 10 have either been misplaced or screwed up. They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, bar none!

Those 5 stars are for the Take Care Clinic inside Walgreens. This was my first time at this location, but have frequented other locations and have never been dissatisfied. The Nurse Practitioners here beat the experiences I have had in finding or going to a regular family physician(so, besides me getting plagued with respiratory infections twice a year, this is why I frequent the clinic.) Hardly ever a wait, registration is electronic, and the Rx is right there. So much better than being processed in a Dr.‘s office by 4 different people who seem to hate their job. I feel bad as I cannot remember the Physician’s name that helped me last week, but she was awesome. Like I said, they always are — they are like [Mom]. And when I say ‘awesome’, I mean in that she was actually sincere, gentle, inquisitive without just prescribing me expensive drugs that may or may not work first round so that i have to come back and didn’t rush me through the process. I love going to the Take Care Clinics for this reason. It can be a little pricey without insurance, but I feel it is still reasonable. Yeah, I am a sickly person and have to go a couple of times a year — but if I have to go, I go here. They have more of my records than any Doctor’s office I can think of.
