Wally’s was a breath of fresh air among service contractors. Very responsive, organized and articulate staff. Job was done on time and correctly, and the price was a very reasonable. We were seeking a window cleaning service and I was underwhelmed by some of the other contractors I researched. It was a stroke of luck to find Wally’s. Almost immediately they responded to by web inquiry, provided a precise description of their services and scheduled a timely service call.
No complaints, and they definitely care about customer satisfaction. We’ll definitely use Wally’s again next time and continue to tell friends!
