Advanta Dental

Went into the waiting room with my 2 small children to fill out paperwork and they had TV on. A talk show with HIGHLY inappropriate adult content came on, (and a young 8 year old with no parents there sitting there watching intently) and I said to the receptionist right away that the channel should be changed. She kindly obliged.
Then the doctor came out and was practically yelling in a loud voice to my sensitive daughter. She started to get nervous and scared and then he informed me that it was her problem and that he may not be able to handle her. I tried to explain to him that she was sensitive, but no comprende, since he continued to talk loudly and aggressively, and even talked down to her saying he was going to count her teeth. My daughter is an intelligent child, not an idiot. She knew the reason for her visit, that she had a problem with her tooth.
Then after bringing her back and taking a look at her tooth, he said there was nothing wrong with it, even though according to charts, the tooth should not be loose for another 5 – 7 years. The tooth had been bleeding and was cracked, and he gave her a clean bill of health!
I would never recommend this dentist for children or adults, and will definitely not go back.
In summary, the office was ghetto and the dentist did not know his stuff and was inconsiderate, gruff, and unintelligent.
