Came to Applebee’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I had shrimp and steak with garlic fries. My daughter had chicken and shrimp with potatoes. My son cowboy burger and fries and husband chicken penne pasta & Fiesta lime chicken with buffalo wings. The food was on point and our Courtney our waitress was great. They sang happy birthday to her which made her day. It’s was awesome. That you Courtney for making out experience a great one.

Staff was phenomenal but we did wait a little more than usual for our main course after our appetizers. This is the second time this has happened. Food was good, no complaints.

This establishment fails on nearly every single level. The bizarre lay-out means that customers must walk around the perimeter of the restaurant to reach their table. This cannot be easy for the servers(and may account for the slowness). Moreover, the manager may need to be more assertive. When we were there, a small child was chucking chicken nuggets at his grandmother. My boyfriend was lucky to have a glass partition between he and the monster … I was not so lucky. So, while the dim-bulb grandmother, may have found it hilarious, the rest of the patrons did not. It is at this point where a manager must step in … but did not. Sadly, it took three servers to clean-up the mess left behind(they do not pay these women enough to do this). And, seriously, maybe seat your customers away from the projectiles(which is easy enough when there are few patrons in a large area). As for the food: I was given a gift card, so we decided to try the tapas menu(which they elect to refer to as «bar snack menu» which is insulting and weird). One was considerably worse than the next. Each relied on entirely on salt … the pretzels and dip being inedible. And, while I did not order an entrée(this is not a vegetarian-friendly chain), my boyfriend order the bacon cheeseburger. It had the saddest cardboard tomato. Ick. Luckily, we spend the entire gift-card and do not need to return. Unluckily, we had a fairly unpleasant experience. From the ambiance(I’m not sure if one can use this word in reference to a place like Applebee’s) to the food, everything was«unfortunate,» at best. We will not(ever) return.

No wifi… very slow service from kitchen… Not same quality as what I get at Applebee’s else where. … .

Staff was great– very attentive and nice. Beware the lunch menu items are much smaller than the photos represent.

It is an Applebee’s, if you want a quick meal at a decent price, then it is a good spot. When I come here, I order stuff like chicken tenders, wings, mozz sticks, fries, etc. Order things, that cannot be easily screwed up and you’ll enjoy yourself. Also, there discounted menu after 9pm really cannot be beat. One great thing about this location, is they have these tablets at your table. They allow you to pay your check by card, without evening needing to flag down the server. This is great, I wish all restaurants had these.

We always sit at the bar. The bartenders are super friendly and we always have great conversations. The food is usually quick. Never anything notable like bad food, under/overcooked, wrong orders.

Applebee’s has a few different promotions going on that are pretty decent. The 2 for $ 20 menu and half price appetizer after 9pm are good if your short on cash for the week and looking to go out to eat. The food is your typical big chain restaurant menu with a few healthy choices for the health conscious. This particular Applebee’s has been a staple of the Viewmont Mall since I was a child. Aside from the picture on the wall changing a bit it pretty much looks the same from the 90s.

It’s Applebee’s. Not good, not terrible. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is for their ½ priced apps after 9:30. Nothing memorable and service leaves something to be desired. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap place to grab some late night food, it’s worth a stop, otherwise keep moving, nothing to see here folks.

Salty food and salty service. This was a dining choice borne purely of convenience and it failed to live up to my already low expectations. Since this visit was just for a snack, we settled on an appetizer sampler. It included spinach & artichoke dip, cheese quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, Buffalo chicken bites and tortilla chips. The«Honey Pepper Grill» promotion lures you in with a full size laminated trifold menu loaded with photos, then offers just three items from which to choose. The mojitos were okay($ 6.50) if rather weak. They apparently shake the mint instead of muddling it which leaves it shredded. They charge nearly as much($ 6.25) for a Sam Adams draft. When the platter arrived, there was a large gaping space on one side. I inquired as to whether the kitchen had left off one of the items I’d noticed in a menu photograph. The bartender screeched back that the item I’d seen is actually part of the appetizer trio. Pardon me. Also, having a half dozen staff members lined up against the wall gazing in our general direction was unpleasant. Celery accompanying the Buffalo bites looked as if it had been cut several days ago and left out uncovered; the shriveled, greyed ends were a dead giveaway. The tortilla chips were the saltiest I’ve ever encountered. My knife was dirty. Prices feel surprisingly high considering the quality of the food, though they do offer a «2 for $ 20» deal that offers value compared to a la carte ordering. The atmosphere is straight out of the ‘90s when placing assorted objects on the walls was the height of casual American chain dining décor. In its league and in the vicinity, it’s at the bottom of an already underwhelming heap. Just go to Ruby Tuesday around the corner if you’re looking for this type of dining — at least they deliver on freshness and offer better pricing in a nicer atmosphere.

The waitresses are off in space when you are telling them your order. I have been here four times and every time my food has been over cooked, burnt to a crisp, or looks like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 5 hours. Clearly the fourth time was the final time.

Slow and unattentive service and poor food quality/preparation. For a Monday afternoon, lunch should not have taken an hour and a half and tasted like something I’d feed to my dog. I’ll skip this one next time and go to one of the dozen other restaurants within a mile.

Wait staff is friendly enough and attentive, but the cooking staff needs to take the time to thoroughly cook the food, especially the beef. I ordered a burger that was served as red as a tomato.

Waitress didn’t get the order correct and made a half hearted attempt to rectify the situation after our meals were delivered. It was only an appetizer but the service stunk like two day old sushi. Food was ehh
