I agree with the other negative reviews. My husband and I are long time customers of AT&T(not that that means much nowadays) and never had any issues; however, this location is a joke. We simply wanted to upgrade our phones and were offered a «free» tablet. We were told by multiple associates that it’s just $ 10 upfront and would use the data already on our plan. However, when the bill came, there’s an additional $ 40 set up charge in addition to a $ 10/month fee(over the course of our 2 year contract) for this«free» tablet. After explaining this was never disclosed to us and asked if we could remove the tablet from our account, AT&T said we missed the 15 day deadline to do so(by 1 day); all they could do was remove the $ 40 charge. It’s this kind of manipulation that will make us 10+ year AT&T customers think twice when it comes time to renew our contract.

These kids that work here dont have a clue how to do their one admits they were wrong and they blame the customer service reps. the management talks to you like your stupid. they tell you all about how you got a great deal until your monthly amount is $ 40 more then it should be. I think its time for a class action suit against this company.

I wish I could give less stars. My girlfriend wanted to upgrade to the newest iPhone. The salesman who«helped» was rushing us the entire time and seemed uninterested. My girlfriend wanted the protective glass for the iphone. The salesman installed it on the phone with dust inside. Disappointed, we left to get dinner. After dinner we came back to see if he could redo the glass because it was unbearable to look at. He took the glass off the phone and placed it back on. The same glass. It looked ok and we left. On the way home we noticed the glass started to peel in the corner and yet again had to go back. The next day we went in and I asked for the manager. I told him what had happened and if he could help us out. He said it was not an issue we needed to contact him about and delegated it to another sales person very rudely. After much frustration we finally got it installed correctly and got the hell out of there. Everyone we dealt with was miserable and clearly had a stick positioned far up a certain part of their body. Never go to this hell hole. Stay as far away as you can!

The people who work here are rude and ignore their customers. My husband and i went to the store to replace my phone with a new iphone. They had a different advertised price then what we were being charged. When we ask about the advertised price we were told that, that was for a different model they did not have in stock. I also asked them not too copy my contacts has the phone i was using was out of date. They didn’t listen and did it anyway. I ended up with contacts of people I do not speak to and some that are dead. They also try to sell us an extended package that cost half of what the phone cost to replace the phone but only on their terms Which I thought was ridiculous. While we were there another group of customers came and they were Hispanic and the girls do not want to help them. Have a good day basically shoved them out the door another couple came in and they asked them to wait because it took almost an hour for them to get things satisfactory for us. I would not recommend doing anything at the store except for maybe buying accessories for your phone.
