Great lil place wish i didn’t have to pay 25 dollard for there loyalty card for the year would def come back morr often if it was free bugs me a lil the employees won’t take no i don’t want to pay for the catd for an answer i do love the place prices r fair

We bought a child’s book for a birthday present, driving down 60 miles down to the store from Binghamton, NY. We found out that the child already had this book and we drove down to exchange it of a similar book. We found out that the store policy is to accept books for return within a two week window. Our purchase was past this window.
The clerk was polite and friendly, no problems there.
Does the store have the right to specify return limits? Absolutely.
Will I ever buy anything from this store again? Absolutely not.
We drove 240 miles to do business with this store. Do not upset good customers…

Pretty good selection of books and periodicals in a clean, large and well lit store.
Also has a café attached and plenty of space to sit and read prior to checking out.

I love this bookstore! They always have a large clearance section with some really great books. They also have tons of unique and fun gifts. Something for everyone. The coffee is just ok.

BAM is great place to hang out with your friends or by yourself. I have spent countless hours sitting in the Joe Muggs Café reading and drinking a tasty beverage. The magazine, CD, book and DVD selection is that of a typical book store. However, the friendly staff put it above rest. I rarely go in without having a friendly chit chat with a member of the staff. Who are a fan of their product which always makes a visit to any kind of store extra enjoyable. Also there is huge discounted inventory on a regular basis.
