Taste of Manhattan Pizza & Deli

First of all there pizza sauce is made with Prego marinara sauce. It is the dirtiest restaurant in all of Scranton! If you go there and eat you will be playing Russian roulette with your gut and ass! If you think you’re going there and are going to eat food that is sanitary you are sadly mistaken! If you sit down and order food and do not eat it all most likely the next person that orders will be getting some of your food! Don’t let the name fool you this place has no taste from Manhattan at all whatsoever! And just to let you know they import a lot of their food from New York that falls off the back of the truck and it is unexpected and not fit for human consumption! Have a great day and try not to puke all over yourself!!!

I’ve been here a few times recently and the food is awesome! The pizza, salads, sandwiches, and even the desserts are great! I’m from Brooklyn so I know good pizza! The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean! I’ll be going back as soon as I can! I wish they had a place this good closer to me but it’s worth the trip!

I stopped here today on my way to work, around 11am I ordered a slice of plain pizza to go. I get it and took it out to put crushed reds on it, I noticed they gave me two slices and it looks a little strange, but the guy says don’t worry about it! I said ok, thanks… I get back on the miserable road known as Keyser Ave and take my slice out to eat and I take my first bite, it’s like chewing through cardboard… I tried to choke down a few more bites bit it’s just terrible, so I wing it out the passenger side window… Maybe a few unsuspecting insects might be hungry… So I bring the other slice home later that night just to show my BF how bad it was (he makes pizza for a living)… He looks at it and says «That’s a pie from last night that they put new mozzarella on it and tried to pass it off as a new pie today.) No wonder it was horrible! Won’t be back here… Sorry!

Just had the Halal wrap, awesome and seasoned, my husband had the Kelly cheese steak. Will definitely order from here again.
