Tuxedo by Sarno went above and beyond when it came to dressing the men in my wedding. Not only were the suits that we received high quality, but we received amazing customer service throughout the entire process. There was an endless selection of choices in terms of styles and colors and the knowledgeable staff assisted us with any questions we had. My wedding was in Philadelphia and the groomsman lived all over the East Coast. They was able to provide us with a store that was convenient for every guy to get fit at so that they didn’t need to make the trip to Scranton. I was granted access to an online system, through which I was able to track the status of the fittings and payments. It is rare to find such great customer service anymore and they tended to every detail from the fittings to the day of the wedding, showing me that they did care that this was the most important day of my life. I would highly recommend them to all wedding parties!

If I could leave zero stars for our experience in dealing with Sarno and Son for our June 2015 wedding, then I would. There were so many complications to what seemed like it should have been an easy process. We didn’t get anything extravagant– black tuxedos with black vests and bow ties(and a white vest and tie for my husband). Thank goodness my husband had the groomsmen go the day before the wedding together to try on and pick up their tuxedos. However, the last thing you want and should be doing the day before your wedding is spending 3 ½ hours picking up a tuxedo. I am not exaggerating– they went at noon and didn’t finish until 3:30pm. Out of the 9 tuxedos picked up(two were for my father and step father), only 3 were correct upon pick up! These guys were either measured at Sarno and son or at one of the tuxedo places listed on their website for those who lived out of the area. One guy had pants that were 8 inches too long, another had a jacket that fell to his knees, etc etc. The staff said they would fix it, but when the guys returned after going to pick up some lunch 45 min later, NOTHING was fixed. Some temporary fixes were finally made after some yelling since no one there seemed to know how to fix these issues. Aren’t they supposed to know how to fit tuxedos and suits? This is their business after all. After all that time spent making sure things were correct, you hope for things to be done right on the wedding day, but unfortunately, my one nephew’s jacket was not correctly hemmed and it fell just before the ceremony was to begin. Also, my mother in law had to tape the pants on one of the groomsmen so they would look right. Unbelievable. Did I mention these tuxedos were ordered 6 weeks before the wedding? I don’t know what kind of business they are running at Sarno and Son, but it’s deplorable. You are CRAZY if you choose to use them for your special occasion. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Had an amazing fitting today for wedding tuxedos at Sarno and Sons. Liz, our consultant, was amazingly kind and knowledgable. Not only did she take into account every single detail for our wedding, she took the time to make sure that we had everything we might need for the big day. She made great style recommendations and even fitted the mannequins with our options! The customer service was amazing — when people were bringing in their returns, Liz even remembered their name and details about the event. My fiancé was extremely happy with the attention to detail and service we received. The groom’s tux is free with the package and the rentals for the wedding party come to about $ 175. Amazing price, great deal, great people. Kudos to Sarno and Sons!
