There was a big snafu with the flowers that I ordered for my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. After receiving the run-around from FTD and getting my money refunded because the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, I called the florist directly to express my displeasure at their unwillingness to send my mother another bouquet(FTD Customer Service told me that they refused) and the lady with whom I spoke was so nice! She made sure that my mother received another bouquet of flowers with their compliments! We ultimately found out that the delivery man delivered my mom’s flowers to the neighbor by mistake and she got them a day late…
