Love the library, dislike Susie the assistant. Twice she has checked books out for us and both times she has been rude. I mean really, it’s your job to help people… not ignore them or be short with your answers. But… she’s probably exhausted with long days of sitting in her chair, playing on the computer.

The new library is great. Love the landscaping. Everything is modern fresh and it runs like a top.

Florence, AZ
This is the new Harris County Library branch that opened June 2011. It is a lovely building with a great kid’s section, separate teen room called «Teen Isle» and adult books. It also has a small book store. There is an informatin desk as you enter staffed with friendly librarians, and self check out machines. This location even has a drive thru to return books and pick up requested items.
They offer children’s story time and lots of activities during the summer for kids, teens, and adults with the Summer Reading Program. They have a book club, and active Friends of the Library group.
The best part is they are part of the Harris County Library system and you have access to TONS of books and materials from the entire library system!!!
