This has been my go to for game stop for years. The associated are normally very helpful and fun to banter with. I’ve even gotten to know some of the former employees and build friendships outside the store. The only issue I ever had was I bought a used video game that didn’t work. They fixed it the next day no questions and the associate went the extra mile by processing it as a return and selling it back to me so in could still get the 7 day period. I enjoy the magazine as well. But sellers beware, while this is a great place to buy games and aquire information, through no fault of the associates it’s not a good place to sell or trade. The value is absolute garbage for cash and mediocre at best for trade in value. You’re better off taking the time to use Craig’s list or a Facebook yard sale. They will give you 15 bucks for a game and turn around and sell it for 50, so in this example it’s not hard to just eliminate the middle man and sell it for 30 – 40 yourself. But business models are business models

Came to buy my son a PlayStation 4 bundle for Christmas. The staff told me on the phone that there was plenty available but when I got there the other woman working explained they had been sold out for a while. The man I talked to on the phone then recommended I just drive 35 minutes to another store to get one because«it is so close». As I left he assured me they had 2 at the other store. When I arrived at the second location the guy working was nothing but helpful but BOTHOFTHEBUNDLES were being held for other customers. Overall this place should not be a representation of the GameStop franchise, nor should anyone waste their time there. STAYAWAYFROMTHISHELLHOLE.
