This is an awesome IHOP. The food is excellent. The staff is a bit friendly. The restaurant seemed okay on cleanness. The bathroom is spotless. Pancakes are amazing. I will be back.

My waitress Caitlyn was awesome, what made this experience bad was that the other waitress was just acting rude to her tables to the point where we could hear it and made me and my party uncomfortable. The other waitress on the floor was swearing In front of children in the restaurant and making everyone’s experience bad. This ihop needs to work on hiring workers who are going to treat the work place like a professional environment instead of hiring people like the two others on the floor today. Caitlyn was awesome though.

I came for French toast, and they forgot my French toast. Enough said, I will not be coming back. To add more salt to injury, the manager discounted me a mere $ 1 on my food for basically forgetting the main part of my meal. Pathetic.

North Chelmsford, MA
Just had one of the worst dining experiences. I guess you can mess up breakfast. For starters, the coffee was weak. Then, I selected an omelet from the 55+ menu, with «Jack and Cheddar blend» cheese and no other ingredients. Three times someone came over to ask if I wanted the Pepper Jack cheese, and 3 times I said «no.» When breakfast came, the omelet had Pepper Jack cheese. The waitress was told to take it back, and have the manager come over. You can say he got a ear full from us. He brought out the replacement, with American cheese (my choice — I figured they would have a hard time messing this up), and bacon. Where they got the idea I wanted bacon in the omelet I have no idea. Needless to say, we will not be back.

It looks lonely sitting in the middle of strip malls, but don’t let the chain name and odd location fool you. Spotless, great atmosphere, excellent service and wonderful breakfast. Everything was hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. Warm colors, pretty fixtures and enough space between tables make a relaxing and inviting space. Very happy, will absolutely return.

Went there on a whim… sat right away wasn’t really sure who my waitress was because multiple came over to take my order but all were pleasant. Food was ok my overhard eggs were more well done and crispy than i would like, the hashbrowns had an interesting flavor not sure if it was from the grill or oil they use… but the banana bread french toast was excellent just wished there was more of it. Overall satisfied just not overwhelmingly.

No wait even though it was packed. Excellent service. Food was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was outstanding (Ashley). Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

New to the area as of November 2015. Opening Day was busy, and so has every day after on the weekends. Expect a long wait in the morning on weekends if you arrive after 9am.
I first arrived at 8:30am one Saturday morning with a few friends. There were enough seats to pick where I wanted to sit. Too much to choose from on the menu, which made decision time nearly impossible. I don’t understand why restaurants dump everything under the hood in the menu when it’s not necessary. It must be a nightmare for the cooks, unless they simply take food out of the freezer and microwave.
I ordered the typical food you’d have for breakfast. Of course, it went straight through and that only happens to me when there is a lot of fat, butter, and grease. I wasn’t a fan of the food, menu, or the hype. I’ve been to many IHOPs before and wasn’t impressed. I don’t know if I’ll try this place again, maybe in a year after it’s been established.
