Service was fast and friendly however, on my reciept they put down that my van has an excessive oil leak prior to servicing?! What are you talking about? My van doesn’t have any oil leak! When I called them they said, «oh, it must have been the car ahead of you». Are you kidding me? Next time I’ll go elsewhere, thanks.

This was the worst Jiffy Lube experience I have had. First, they convinced me to have them use an expensive synthetic oil on my car, when I later learned that the regular version would have been totally fine. Then, I noticed that they had been courteously opening the door for customers as they left, and they did not open the door for me. WTF? Meanwhile, they were all sitting around in the back of the shop. Lastly, I paid for the«signature service» which is supposed to include a tire pressure check. The«check tire pressure» light was still on in my car, so they obviously did not check it. I will not be using them again!

I take in my perfectly operating car, they crack the air intake valve while reaching down to get at the filter, things happen, I understand. They acknowledge that they did it, I go back once, they say they fixed it, they did nothing, same issue. I again go back and am still Mr Nice Guy«I understand things happen.» They take down the info on the part and order it, will call when it comes in and replace it. The Manager Neil looks at me like I have 2 heads when I inquire on if he’d be willing to refund the price of the oil change. I decide to again stay Mr Nice Guy and back down immediately to pursue after they fix it. All of this I file under everyone’s human, I mess up too, as long as they fix it I’m OK. Here’s where it gets unacceptable. I ask that the check engine light be turned off. I get back in the car and it’s still on, I turn around and go back. Neil inquires«what now?» while shaking his head and puffing like I’m the pain in the butt. I’ve spent 3 hours there now for an oil change and broke down due to them, and he’s acting like I’m the problem. DONOTGOHERE, Pronto right down the street is much better, go there.

I have been to this location for every oil change in multiple vehicles over the years. I came upon it out of necessity the first time — just really needed an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by each service person I interacted with fromt the start and the manager. They are kind, genuinely nice, efficient, and take great care of my vehicle each time I’ve been back(8 – 9 visits). As a mom, I’ve had my kids with me a few times inevitably asleep and the service guys offerred to allow me to stay in the car with them so as not to have any need to wake them. They made efforts to even take care to be as quiet as possible! Completely unexpected and over the top for a corporate automotive center. I leave each time feeling like they have gone above and beyond. This keeps me returning every time my car needs an oil change. Highly recommend and endorse this location.
