The equipment was substandard and so was the staff. The pedicure chairs were broken and did not work properly. In addition the tools seemed to be dull and they seemed to re-use tools. The worker who under took my pedicure, repeatedly dropped the tools. He said his hands were slippery because of the soap. He then proceeded to use a luffa on my foot and for some reason the back of my ankle. This continued even though I moved my foot, until I started to bleed. At which point I told the guy to stop because I was bleeding and it hurt. After I stopped bleeding, I allowed him to start putting the polish on. He used his finger nail to scrape polish off my skin, even when I asked him to use nail polish remover if he couldn’t get the polish just on the nail. 20 minutes later he declared he had to leave and his boss would finish. She did, but ended up smudging the polish. I was charged $ 40 for this experience. Although I truly feel they should have paid me for the 2 hours it took them to provide the pedicure and draw blood in the process.

Friendly staff, lots of color choices. Great place to get mani/pedi! They have Essie, OPI, etc to choose from. A++++++.

I got an acrylic fill once, asking them to keep the length and shape; however, the man must not have understood me because I ended up with short, lumpy nails. Short/lumpy nails = no return. I hated the service.

I was there today & mentioned to the manager that their review on Unilocal was not good. I asked if my shellac would be same price as Unilocal.I was told no. The price was $ 25.00. I ask why they would not honor the price on Unilocal. They did not care about the negative review and would not honor the.price. I paid 25.00. I was not impressed.

Some women were nice. But the girl who did my nails didn’t finish them and went outside to talk on her phone instead. One of the other girls there had to finish them.

I have battled finding a good nail salon… one that can give me a decent mani, in a clean environment, with a decent price. This is NOT the place! I have been here before and swore I would not go again, but it is on my way home from work and i was pressed for time. I decided to give them another chance. I got here at 4:45 pm on a Thursday and only one other woman was in the salon. I asked for a shellac mani and picked out my polish… The girl was rough, hurting me while yanking with the clippers and cutting my cuticles off… and telling me to relax! She used a GEL base and top coat with my shellac polish… not what I asked for. Gel takes much more effort and time to remove thus I request a shellac mani. The entire time I was there she was yelling to her little daughter who was running wild thru the salon and being so fresh standing at my table and grabbing things and dropping them into the water bowl, etc… and both the girl, her mom and the other salon tech were talking in their native language, never once speaking to us customers. Rude! Dirty! I am DONE! DONOTFREQUENTTHISSALON!

Yikes. They have limited color selection. I have questions about how sterile the tools were. I got a pedicure that took over an hour to complete. The place was FREEZING.(including the water in the pedi-tub). The young girl who gave me my pedicure seemed to pay more attention to her friend on the phone next to her than to me. That said, the woman next me(with visible goose bumps) was clearly a regular. She knew the staff by name and seemed to be really enjoying the service. I would have given the place one star, but based on the other experience I observed, I am willing to concede that my bad experience may not be representative of the place overall. That said, I won’t go back. I can spend $ 27 for a pedi elsewhere.
