Went in for«No worries Wednesday», but we worried about the manager, the place was empty… but the manager was overwhelmed. There was no one in front of, us or behind us, no line, plenty of tables, but the manager decided to go clean off a table in the bar. We waited patiently, but after 5 minutes the manager got side tracked with waitstaff and did not come back to seat us. We had time to look at the bad reviews on Unilocal and left! We aren’t sure if the manager noticed. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Go to the 99, or better, go to the Galley Hatch.

The ahi tuna is the bomb. Every time I go back we are greeted with a smile. The best part of this Outback is the short wait times on busy nights.

Should have checked the reviews on Unilocal before deciding to try this relatively new Outback. We have frequented other Outback Steakhouse Locations and have always enjoyed a decent meal. Unfortunately not at this location. I ordered the«New» Grass-fed Beef Burger and for $ 12 you’d expect at least a good size Burger which it was not, a Whopper from Burger King or Quarter pounder from McDonalds would have been a better value! The 99 up the road, where we usually eat, is definitely the better choice for consistently great Burgers and for less $$$, I might add! Fries were just Ok also… one more thing it was served on a salad sized plate??? She got the Chicken Tender Plate another disappointment, salty breading and the chicken had a less than desirable texture. The Waitress was nice and attentive but unfortunately the Sam Adams Seasonal was the only part of the meal that was enjoyable. Maybe we should have opted for a Steak but we’ll save that that for either the Grill 23 or Capital Grill! Bottom line, we won’t be back!

We came here for my birthday a few months ago. It’s an outback. It is your average chain resturant. Consistent food. Pretty good service. I had a great meal but wasn’t given any candles in my cake. What the heck. If you think this is funny. Press the button. I will definitely be back.

Great experience today! We’ve been to the Outback many times but this was our first time in the Seabrook location. Very clean, well lit compared to the other locations. Food was great! Service was fantastic! Our server was Leanne who was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Nicky was the manager on duty and she was also very friendly and helpful. Great job guys!

My husband, myself and a couple of our friends when in because we got a gift card for Christmas. I would NEVER go back. We went in on a Tuesday night, and the place was extremely dead — but that doesn’t mean service was any faster. There was not hostess at the front, but a waitress saw us standing there and had no idea what to do — but thankfully the hostess came back before she got too confused. We got sat in one of the worst booths — not that we really care, but its the point that there were about 4 other parties there at the time. Our waitress came over and she seemed nice enough, odd, but ok. We asked her how many drinks a pitcher would serve and she told us 4 — that actually only served 3, so it was not worth the $ 17. Then we ordered our food — DONOTGETTHECAESARSALAD — my salad was so covered in dressing that I could not stomach it. I could see the manage looking at me, but did not come over to the table — not even when there was a problem. I ordered a «special» margarita for $ 10, so I expected to get at least a 8 – 12 oz glass, but to my dismay it was about 6 oz. definitely not worth $ 10! The food was ok at the best. not impressive what so ever! After everything was so disappointing we just wanted to go, but when we got the check the waitress had charged us for a beer larger than we actually got no apology, but she did fix it. So this was a bottom of the barrel restaurant with a much higher price point.($ 150 for 4 people!)

You know what you get here. This is why I gave it 3 stars. No surprises. The quality of meat is low and there is no bone in steak which I love. Ie ribeye or porterhouse. Nothing beats it. Don’t look for it here though. Expect lower end cuts. But you should know that.

not that i had high hopes for a chain restaurant but come on took a few minutes to be seated appetizer was burned — cheese fries, really? barely any bacon, and didnt bring the ranch out waitress didnt come back until it was time to bring the check, entrees were basically untouchable the bartender had an obnoxious voice that could be heard across the world… Remi? Ordered the blackberry martini and what was served to me tasted like bottom shelf berry vodka and energy drink. WILLNOTBERETURNING

Very disappointing, I ordered my salad dressing on the side, was not on the side, kept my mouth shut and ate it. Thank God or I would have left hungry. I ordered a steak medium well, outback fries, they came out cold! Fries looked hours old soggy redipped. She asked of there was something wrong I said it’s cold, look at the fries, she brought me a fresh plate of fries but did not fix the steak, She had asked again if there was something wrong noticing again I did not to change it, again I said again, it was cold, I do not eat cold steak, and again she did nothing to right the wrong. Everyone at my table said it looked as if my plate sat waiting for everyone else’s. My daughters grilled cheese looked better then mine. I left with a steak for my dog wishing I would have went next door at McDonalds for a salad and mediocre fries for 10 $ not 25.

Having been to a few Outback locations over the years in Southern Mass, I always got so-so service and outdated restaurant décor experiences. Our dinning experience was the total opposite at the fairly new location in Seabrook, NH. Our waitress was super friendly and made sure our visit from start to finish was flawless. Our food was served quickly and correctly and the newer modern bright décor was the difference that I enjoyed on a personal level. Enjoyable dinner with family, thanks Outback(Seabrook, NH)

Great meal, service and restaurant. After a mix up with one of our orders, the restaurant went out of their way to remedy. Excellent management. We enjoy this restaurant and will come back soon!

The service was slow tonight. We waited a long time for our meal. When it arrived, the steaks were not cooked, very rare. Very disappointing

First time trying out the new Seabrook, NH location and boy was I disappointed. First of all, the AC was not working, and this is a brand new building. That should have been our cue to leave but we were hungry and willing to give the food a try. I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium with a side of coconut shrimp. When both meals were brought to us, they forgot my shrimp. So while the waitress went to check on that I cut into my filet and it was so rare it was almost raw. I asked her if she could fix that too. So by the time my food finally came out my husband was already done eating. They gave me the same steak that I had cut completely in half and reheated it instead of cooking me a new one, so it wasn’t as good as it could have been(all the juice came out when I initially cut it). The coconut shrimp would have also been good if the batter had been cooked all the way through, it was still doughy in certain areas. I did not bother to send the shrimp back, I was just so done with this place. Was not even offered anything to be comped for having to wait. Got the bill and another shock– 72.54 for two steak entrees, one app, a soda, and a rum and coke. Completely ridiculous for the subpar food and lackluster service. We will NEVER return to any Outback Steakhouse, ever!

Outback is a chain restaurant, so their food isn’t going to be the same as a privately owned place. But that being said, I had one of the best experiences there tonight as far as my waitress was concerned. Her name was Brandy, and she had a really great personality to start with. But more than that, it’s been a while since I went to an Outback, so I was unaware that they no longer had the creamy horseradish sauce, one of my favorite things to have with Prime Rib. I asked the food runner who brought my steak to me for it, and she told me they no longer made it, and offered the bloomin’ onion sauce instead, since it’s made of horseradish. I accepted, though I was disappointed. So imagine my surprise when Brandy comes over to my table with a cup of the horseradish sauce and explains to me that they made it for me in the kitchen since the Bloomin’ Onion sauce wasn’t really what I wanted. It was really awesome to get what I really wanted, and though it may not have seemed like a big deal to them, it stood out to me. The food was good, but the customer service and going the extra mile ensure that I’ll be back there again soon!

We were worried about a long wait time seeing so many cars in the parking lot. They weren’t inside. They have a great location at the new shopping plaza. Typical chain restaurant food. Highly seasoned and salty(Steak was tough). Presentation was nil. I couldn’t help but count how many waiters were standing near us against the wall. 10, 15, 12. I lost count of how many different waiters came to our table to take our order, deliver drinks, food, clear dishes, bring water. 4 persons to ask how our meal was, 1 waiter sweeping under our table while we ate. I asked where our original waiter was, «Oh, he’s delivering bread to another table» Never saw him again. They must be trained to go out of their way to be friendly. I wanted to try it but nothing draws me back to the Outback.

OK so I get that its a new place and maybe they need to work out the kinks. But I was there within the past week with my gf for her birthday. We ordered an app our waiter(Chris) was very friendly! My gf ordered prime rib medium rare. Food came in a decent amount of time. The more she cut into the meat the more she realized it was overcooked. Before she could bring it to Chris’ attention. He stopped at our table and took it away apologizing profusely on how it was overcooked. He told us there was no more ‘medium rare prime rib left’. He replaced it with another steak. Again he kept apologizing. Possibly the manager came over and apologized to us too. When all was said and done the meal was good. The waiter was EXCELLENT(ask for Chris). And the bill was taken care of. Will I return? Yeah maybe. Maybe awhile from now so they can get it together.

sadly we had high hopes for an outback being placed in C and boy what a letdown… Wish I would’ve read all the reviews prior to our visit… booths horribly uncomfortable. its like a parred down version of the original! The portions are absolutely half the size of the usual outback restaurants. the rack of ribs as the other reviewers noted, is 8 ribs at 20 $! .and they were served cold, had to be returned. took 20 minutes to come back and all of the rest of the party had finished their food! poor service! the alices spring chicken was tiny! one small breast for 16 $! are you kidding? avoid this place! there is a reason they got 2 stars! i am sure they will be closed within a year!

Went there with my parents for my 50th birthday. Service was bad. They were out of baked potatoes. The cheese sauce on the broccoli was awful and over spiced. The mashed potatoes were too peppery. We started with a blooming onion and while it was done perfectly all three of us found it to be overly spicy. Thankfully the conversation and fellowship was great, as was my birthday, though I believe we’ll go someplace else next year. Also the handicapped parking is quite far from the front doors.

The first thing that caught my attention was how full the parking lot was in relation to the number of people within the restaurant. We were promptly seated and greeted at the front which was a pleasant surprise. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt and looked after drinks and getting our order in. My wife got the salad which was decent and our food came shortly afterwards. Having come from the midwest(Chicago-land), Outbacks are a common place out there. Generally speaking the food is fairly consistent – this is to be expected in a franchise style restaurant. I ordered the full rack of ribs and sweet potato and my wife got a steak and a sweet potato. Initially I was caught a bit off guard as my definition of a full rack of ribs and theirs is a bit off. Typically a full rack comes with two smaller racks, mine came with one. In my view this was only a half rack. Also the dressing of the plate lacked any creativity – a plain white plate, 1 slab of ribs, and my potato. Generally I would have expected the presentation to be a bit more involved, but I digress. What we both noticed right away was how over salted the food was. Sometimes I can bit into food and it just so happens that I took a bite from a piece that happened to get hit with salt directly. In this case, the entire rack was overly salted. I did bring this to the managers attention and he advised that the ribs were brined and would look into the amount of salt used. Salt in my view is good when used to enhance the natural flavors – but when you can taste salt as if you tried to shake a bit of salt on the food and the top falls off and a mountain of salt falls onto the food, more care should be taken in the preparation of the food. From my perspective, anything on Unilocal that has 2 $$ or more, we should expect a bit more care in the food preparation and expectations on taste. In this case, we were less than impressed, but again this could be also due to the fact that they have been open for less than 1 months time. Overall including a tip and ice tea drinks(no dessert) we ended up spending $ 60. At $ 30 a person, I expect more. I will give it some more time to give the management and staff a chance to burn in and figure out their flow, and go back to see if the food situation has improved, but for now my 2 stars holds on just the food. The service was above par and I can’t say more for their attention to us as customers. On a side note, this part of Seabrook is notorious for poor service with Verizon. And in particular this area has some pretty bad dead zones. It would do them well to get some wifi!
