Jiffy Lube

Been going there a very long time without a bad thing to say. I give them a lot of business paying over $ 100 for synthetic oil changes more often than I need them and every inspection along with the rest of my family, but just had my first questionable experience after they charged my mother over $ 30 for a $ 3 license plate bulb they said was needed for inspection and failed her inspection anyway for a more obvious problem. The guy was not very happy when i asked if he already knew it was failing when he said it needed a bulb to pass but the money I’ve spent there has earned me the right to ask questions that can impact where I go in the future, and people don’t spend $ 30 on a license plate bulb without the threat of losing $ 35 on a failed inspection. It is possible he replaced the bulb before noticing the other problem and they are pretty friendly but it’s probably safer to stick with my mechanic in the future. The wait sucks but he seems to realize going after the little things costs him the big things later on.

If you need to get in/​out for a quick oil change… can deal with the mandatory; hey man your air filter is way over due… than Jiff Lube is your place.
On a recent Saturday visit I was in/​out in less then 15 minutes; was treated professionally… and spent too much for an oil change, wipers and an air filter… but it was covenient…

Apparently last time I came here my drain plug was over tightened. I went in yesterday and Stephen the manager was extremely apologetic and told me about it. He was honest and told me how they were responsible for the problem. Since I couldn’t drive it, he offered me a ride home. He replaced the pan and plug which took all day. It would have cost me a ton, but he paid for everything. He could have easily lied and told me they had nothing to do with it. But he was so honest and took full responsibility. He wouldn’t even charge me for the oil change that I came in for.

Fast if you go at 8am.
Terrible service though, they said they vacuumed and topped off the fluids but the carpet wasn’t touched and the washer fluid was bone dry. Had to go back to get what I was charged for. I’m not convinced the oil was even changed. This is the second time this has happened to me here, so I’m not going back.

I just went there to get an oil change and I left. The guy working there was so rude and nasty, Not how a customer should be treated. I live right near this location and will be taking my jeep elsewhere.

Very helpful! My husband sent me for an oil change and some small issues. I felt very at ease talking to the staff. The manager was courteous and helpful. He walked me through everything they did so I could explain it to my hubby. He accepted an old coupon and gave me a new one for my next visit. I felt very comfortable with this location and my husband was happy. I look forward to doing future business with them.

Just went in to get an oil change and tail light fixed. After they mentioned everything was done, I was about to pull out and noticed that my tail light wasn’t fixed at all. I informed the rep and he told me they didn’t have the part so they didn’t work on it. So… thanks for not telling me. I’ve gone to this place a few occassions in the past for a car inspection and each time, they say «our machine is broken» … well… too many strikes against this location and enough negative experiences to write a not-​so favorable review.

Great customer service. .told manager that I forgot my $ 5 coupon at home, he said no problem. .I will apply a $ 10 coupon to your service

Good service. I saw a review that said they will lower the price if u ask. It’s true. I asked if he had any coupons and he knocked $ 10. Off. In and out in about 30min.

Had a good experience, as usual. The wait was a bit longer than usual so they gave me 10% off. Would definitely go back again

A total ripoff! My wife was told that our new car needed synthetic oil. She reluctantly agreed. After being ass raped for a little over a hundred bucks for an oil change, I decided to Google what the manufacturer recommends… and sure enough… we were ass raped. I wouldn’t say I’d never return, because it is convenient. …but I’ll try to regularly avoid this Jiffy Lube. My tip to potential customers. …BUYER BEWARE!
And just one last gripe… the employees are all by no means rude… but damn… they dont have to be so overly nice either. You’re there for an oil change, not a foot massage.

Always in and out… friendly and honest staff and never a problem after getting my oil changed.

I never really trust these places but you get a car wash coupon and the engine has never burned out. In the end it’s ok. The waiting room is clean and you don’t usually have to wait long. Since I’m sitting here on a Sunday afternoon when nothing else is open then that alone is a plus.
