I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY — NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! If you want the run around, this is the company for you!!! I currently have Peninsula and they have been a joke since the beginning! Their service is HORRIBLE! They always promise to come and then never show up. This is the third time I’ve experienced this and I am DONE. First time was the installation of their propane tank, second time was for a service call that took them 4 different people to figure out (ended up being a power issue!), and now this… I called on Monday morning for propane and paid it in full, they said I’d get a delivery by Tuesday or Wednesday, (72 hours or less is their mantra — yeah right!) since they didn’t show up as of yesterday, I called again to confirm they were definitely coming and was assured the driver would be there (yesterday). At 4:30pm, I hadn’t seen anyone, got nervous and called back, only to be informed that they weren’t coming until Thursday. UGGHHH!!! Sooooo I called today at 11:30am again to confirm (why do I really even bother at this point?!?), and now the girl tells me that «because they are so inundated right now», it may not be until tomorrow!?! Ok, yeah, like I REALLY believe that!!! My gauge has been on zero for 3 days now, while I sit in a freezing cold house waiting for them!!! They could care less! Soooo… is there any reliable, trustworthy propane companies that anyone can recommend??? I am beyond frustrated, and tired of Peninsula’s empty promises! Thank you!!!
