Called Zoom at around 9am to ask if i could schedule an appointment, sure enough, Miquel was there around 11am. He explained what he was going to do. Unclogged the drain, cleaned up, and he was out around noon. A little on the expensive side, but I wanted it done right.

Thanks so much Shawn for the great service on my one shower and one tub clogs. Don’t like the fact that even though I told them the house and plumbing was new and just clogged from hair etc. they won’t give you a price range. The service call was scheduled so quickly that I didn’t bother to call around and see anyone else’s «quotes»

Expected the worst, but it was painless. Service from Miguel was exceptional.

What a scam! $ 39.95 to come out and «assess the problem» which they will very generously waive that fee if you have them complete the job. HOWEVER, they will not give you ANY OTHER PRICING over the phone stating that the technicians set the prices.
When the technicians finally got here almost 3 hours later, it was as I suspected, $ 400 for basic service & $ 600 for the «Zoom Special» which includes sending a camera down and taking photos of the sewer line — no, I don’t want photos of the filthy sewer, I just want to shower & flush my toilet!
Oh and they wanted to dig up ½ my landscaping! Don’t waste your time!
