Nail Express

The staff is friendly but I hate to say that I will not be going back. Although I am *not* saying that I definitely got a toenail fungus from this place, I did get one for the first time in many years after getting a pedicure here, so I don’t know if they gave it to me or it was a coincidence.

i went in to this nail shop on Feb 9, 2016 to get a manicure and pedicure. The technician used a liquid on the bottom of my feet that she told me was callus remover. She let the liquid run down on to the tops of my feet, where it badly burned the tops of both feet. My feet burned and ached so bad for several days that I could barely wear shoes. Both feet broke out into a rash, and the right foot especially developed scabs and sores. I took pictures and went back to the shop. The manager at first said that i did not get my feet done there. When I showed her my credit card receipt, then she said it was my fault because my skin was thin. Then she looked at my feet and the pictures and said it was all right because my feet were healing up. The manager and technician were jabbering in Vietnamese and English and made no sense. I left, promising to file a complaint with the Cosmetology board.
