Budget Blinds serving Seal Beach

This place is awesome. A very charming «blind» guy showed up promptly the day after I called with a van full of samples. He was knowledgeable and helpful in picking the perfect woven wood shades and blinds for my new home. After measuring that day I had them installed in less than 2 weeks. They are incredible! Great quality, value and an amazing selection. I also got them for almost half of the list price. Definitely a perfect experience in every way.

A breath of fresh air! I was screening my calls when Michelle of Budget blinds called me back because I was worried about the pressure of selecting etc. No pressure-​very easy going!
So we move into a home-​we have to do everything to it-​EVERYTHING!
I am so thankful for Budget because working with Russel and Michelle was exactly what we the hubby and I needed after being overwhelmed with decisions.
Make an appt. Russel will come to your house and have you look through the books-​put it up next to your paint and make decisions according to how it looks in your room with the light etc. Could not have been any easier-​very quick. When your order comes in Michelle will call you and they are very flexible with scheduling.
I love love living in Seal Beach and working with a company that cares about their clients. I definitely got the feeling that they care here. We have a two story home and now we are working on having them come back and help us decide on the downstairs! My mom told me to call them and I am so glad I did! If you call them tell them I sent you because I love small businesses that give their time and energy like Budget did!
I also purchased the warranty that give me five years relating to damage, kids, spills (yes we have had whipped cream and wine shoot out on our blinds before).
No one we checked with had this warranty-​too good to pass up!

Wish there was a 0 stars, and if you look at my other reviews, I am actually a very positive poster!!! So glad that this place went out of business. Worst customer service ever! Took us 8 months to get our order correct. Despite promises that they would «make it right and give us a discount» to accommodate us for the delay, unnecessary trips home for installation that never occurred and the fact that their installer incorrectly installed drapes in our master leading to GREAT big holes and the need to re-​paint the entire room, the owner, Don, then changed his tune and his response to the BBB was «buck up… you got what you wanted.» It’s no wonder that with customer service skills like that, he went belly up!
