Place is closed. They were evicted by the landlord for apparently causing some damage.

I should have read the reviews before I went here. They are way over priced, want the money before they even start the work, then failed to deliver. The worst part is that they don’t care; when I noted my dissatisfaction they just said«it’s always been this way». Taking this off my list.

I was referred to this place by the customer service people at the designer’s shop who made my fairly expensive bag. Without reading Unilocal,I left my bag to be repaired. My bag is a bucket bag with an outer hard shell and an inner soft shell that cinches at the top and kind of slouches inside the outer shell. The outer shell is shorter and provides another pocket on each side… What holds the two shells together is a pretty strong magnet which had become unattached on one side and fallen into the lining. As one might imagine it’s pretty important for the structure of the bag where the magnets are placed. I figured it took common sense to know the the magnet should be reattached exactly where the one on the opposite side was. Well, I was wrong and the new magnet was off center and inches below where It was supposed to be, thus basically ruining the structure of the bag. Super disappointing.

Yeah, I got charged twice as much too, humph? $ 40 instead of $ 20 as I was charged before. Different people now, oh well«seek and ye shall find better.» But whew, I’m kinda glad others have been over charged too, I really would hate to think it was just me, lol…

Wow! Just got my two pairs of shoes re-done at Jack’s. Jack’s charged me $ 9.50 for both pairs. Here, they charged me $ 21!!! That’s more than double, and the result at Jack’s was better. What a rip off.
