I have nothing but praise for this Agency. Whenever I have a question, Eric is there with an answer. My son is in the military and we have had to make quite a few changes to his auto insurance over the years; Eric and his team always handle it quickly and efficiently. While traveling I have needed proof of insurance, and information regarding the insurance I would need for a rental car; Eric has always put me at ease and let me know I’m covered. Thank you Eric, Lisa, Tamir, for all of your help and for making my insurance transactions so easy.

Not only is State Farm a solid insurance company. But, Mr. Johnston really takes the being there for you to another level. If you want that old school feeling of actually knowing the person you need to contact, Eric is the guy to know. Not only does his office provide exceptional customer care, but Eric also takes the time to get to know his customers. He drove 20 miles out of his way to stop by and meet myself and my family. We have since moved all of our insurance needs over to him as he has earned more than just our trust. We are also moving our old retirement funds over to his office as it is nice to contact one person for so many different needs. This state Farm office is not just an office for insurance but, and office that is there to help you plan for all of your current and future life changes. I will recommend Eric Johnston to any and everyone that is ever looking for any type of insurance!
