It is remarkable to find this level of knowledge and professionalism by everyone at Eric’s office. I actually go in to pay my premium just so I can hang out and chat. I am a client for LIFE!

Eric is simply awesome. He has great customer service, accessibility and a focus on us the individual and small business. What is so great about Eric is his willingness to meet you where you are. He was the first person on scene when I had mold in my apartment and when Main Street Cyclery got broken into, he helped us work through what made the most sense — filing a claim or not. He also cut a check on site when the estimates were all in for the loss. What State Farm claims «Like a good neighbor…» is really true, at least if you have Eric as your insurance agent.

I recently changed my car insurance back to State Farm from another well known provider and still saved money! Eric and his staff made me feel very comfortable and provide a clear understanding of the coverage that is needed for me and my husband. I greatly appreciate the patience this team has for explaining the policy and service they offer. Since having insurance with State Farm I sadly had to file a fender bender claim and the process was simple. The claims department called me, asked for my statement and it was done! I would highly recommend switching insurance to this agency not only for money saved but the personalized service of an agent you know and can trust.
