I have bee using Harbor View Window Cleaning for 18 years. It is now — Best price in town and good service. If you are not happy… they will come back and do it again!

They guys at Harbor are the best! They come out right away and always go over and above for us! They are professional and courteous and always surprise me with their attention to detail! Thanks again!

They would have been 4 stars but they are horrible at calling back! This is the third time I’ve tried to use them & I leave messages but never get a call back. I thought their guys did a great job when they came out last, but I don’t have the time to keep calling the back until I get a live person.

Very responsive company. When rain was predicted, they called me to change date of service. Just had all my windows and screens washed. They arrived early! Very fair price and included washing of my garage door which really needed it! I’ll use them again, for sure!

I came into contact with this company by accident. I sent a payment to the city of Seal Beach for a parking ticket and my bank accicentally sent it to Harbor View and they accidentally cashed it. (I understand how easy that is as someone who used to do accounts receivable). When I realized what happened, Julie sent me a check within a couple days instead of me having to do a dispute with my bank. Also, Seal Beach ended up charging me a late fee of 28.00 and Julie was nice anough to cover that too! I have faith in humanity again — after dealing with Julie on this matter!!!

We’ve used Harbor View for years and love their visits to our home. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they do a great job.
The windows sparkle, the window tracks are clean and they even do the skylights! The light coming through the windows makes our home look amazing.

I looked at many companies before selecting Harbor View Window Cleaning. We were very pleased with the service we received. I called and scheduled an appointment over the phone. They arrived on time. They were very nice to my family. The quality of their work was superior.
As they indicate, they vacuum the window tracks. The windows were spotless. Also they thoroughly cleaned the screens, which I have found is not always the case with other companies. Finally, I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and number of windows.

Harbor View offers great service at a great price. The young men showed up early, finished quickly and efficiently, though I could tell they were taking great care and pride in their work. In about an hour or so, all 11 windows/​screens, glass in doors and even the glass window slats in my front closet were sparkling clean!
Highly, highly, highly recommend…
And just a side note to «Busy M» above — maybe you’ve never had a family emergency, which would account for your lack of compassion and forgiveness. When something like that happens, one is not typically thinking straight, let alone clear enough to remember to make calls. To give a small local business 1 star because you were inconvenienced — even though they apologized — is the most pompous perspective I’ve read on Unilocal for a long time. Shame on you.

Had an appt with Harbor View Window Cleaning last Saturday. They did not show up. I waited for an hour past my appt time and tried to call them but their message machine said their inbox was too full to leave a message. Contacted them on Monday morning; first by phone but got voicemail; second, by email. Received a reply via email stating they had a family emergency and would I like to reschedule.
Uh…I don’t think so. Time to try someone else. Don’t mean to sound harsh, but when you have a business you have to run it like one. A simple phone call advising me that my appt needed to be rescheduled before I sat around ½ the day on Saturday waiting for them when they already knew they weren’t going to show up would have been highly appreciated. I certainly would have understood that.
But not to call, in my opinion, is unprofessional. Also, they totally screwed up my day.
