My wife purchursed two 1 hour kiteboarding lessons through Living Social from Mark Moore. The voucher reads limit 2 per purchaser. To redeem call(949)891−4867 or email . I call and the message says prefer email, its the fastest way to get a response. I email. Several hours go by before the 1st response. He gives me a 1 hour time slot and says I can only use 1 per person despite what the voucher says. Ok. I get a credit from Living Social for the 2nd unusable voucher. I ask specific questions on where and what to bring. He only answers with an address after several more hours goes by. I had texted him a bit earlier because of the lag in response time to the email. He texted back almost immediatley to use email as that is faster, ironic yes. On the day of the appointment, he emails this… Good morning, Sorry to have to cancel today’s lesson but the wind forecast is strange for today. In a heat wave like this, the wind might not blow — it is hard to predict. I leave on Thursday of this week after the voucher expires so if you forward this email to living social, they will give you a refund. Thanks, Mark REALLY? He clearly does not want to honor any part of his vouchers he is selling through Living Social. What a hassle. What a dissapointment. Anyone know where I can take a kitboarding lesson from an honorable instructor? How do I choose no stars?
