Love this place! Love the location, love the parking, love Gordon and his amazing work, love all the people who work they are all great! Ever hair cut or style I have ever seen come out of here has been awesome! Must go if you are looking for a place.

I’ve been coming to recharge at electric since they opened two years ago. I followed my stylist over here after she moved from another salon
They have one of the nicest facilities and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! Veronica is fantastic with my color! She’s always keeps my best interest at heart. I love that she always goes to master classes to learn the latest hair coloring techniques. And she has THE. BEST. blowouts… Ever!
She also specializes in lash extension! She seriously does it all and does it better than anyone I know. She’s so passionate about her job and the individuals she works with!
I’m almost hesitant writing such a fantastic review for her because I don’t want everyone to take her! …But Veronica is probably the best kept secret in Orange County at recharge at electric

Recharge is a great place! I love the vibe. When I come in, it is always clean. Love the décor and how the ocean breeze comes through the big open windows. The staff is so friendly and seems genuinely glad that you are there. They strive to make your time at Recharge a true «experience». I am greeted with a smile and offered a drink and goodies. Veronica is my stylist and leaves me looking and feeling great! Your time at Recharge is time and money well spent.

Tried this place because of Unilocal reviews. Facial with Lisa was one of the best Ive had. Color and cut with Veronica was also first class. Im picky about the quality, and cleanness of a salon as well as a friendly vibe. This place has all of that. After trying numerous salons in Seal Beach, I have found a home.

First time coming to this saloon and I am very happy and satisfied with the results! Clean salon and very friendly service. My hair is what one would say, «virgin hair.» After 20 years having no chemicals in my hair, I finally decided to give my asian straight hair a change up. I needed more «body» with my layered hairstyle. My hair is very resistant to perms. Tonia was my hairstylist at Recharge at Electric. I scheduled my appointment in advance for a haircut and perm. When I arrived, she examined my hair and we decided to go for the «American Wave.» I was really impressed at how much she knew about hair and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After my first visit, Tonia invited me back the second time around (about a week later) to teach me different ways of saying my hair. She really took the extra time to make the most of my new hairstyle. I have received so many compliments of my new hair do and I love it so much. It has been 2 months since I got my hair done and the waves still looks like the day I first stepped out of the hair salon. Thanks Tonia!

I love Recharge! I am coming up on 9 years seeing Lisa, one of the owners and THE best wax woman in town. Not only is she extremely professional, an expert waxer and sometimes doubles as my therapist– but she is super flexible with my crazy travel schedule and always makes time for me. You cannot beat that! She is also always up to trend on eyebrows. We are currently reshaping mine and I love that I have someone I can trust. I’m thrilled she has a new location and everyone is always so sweet and nice. They also carry some awesome face and hair products– I recently bought the Kevin Murphy hair thickening line and absolutely love it.
I also just started seeing Sheila for my eyelash extensions after a minor burn incident– she squeezed me in and has been great ever since.
Spoil yourself and take a trip to Recharge!

Just had a wonderful haircut with Veronica! She is such a lovely and warm stylist, and created a beautiful cut on my long hair that was months overdue… not to mention the scalp massage during my wash was amazing. The salon itself is very clean, new, and welcoming – I was greeted upon arrival and offered a beverage, which next time I will definitely take them up on. Highly recommend Recharge, Veronica, and Sheila (who I have had a great haircut with in a past visit), as well!

Lisa is the best! I discovered her a few months ago and I’m so happy I did. She puts you at ease immediately, she waxes quick but very efficiently and for me it barely even hurts! I highly recommend seeing her!

Great location. Clean. No chemical smell. Friendly staff. Sheila colored my hair with organic hair color. She did a fantastic job. I love the color and how shiny and healthy my hair looked when she was done. It has been over a month and my hair color still looks great. No drying from the color. It’s almost time to do root retouch. I look forward to go see Sheila again. She always take good care of my hair. Once you tried organic hair color, you won’t want to touch regular color again.

Absolutely a beautiful salon, filled with amazing talented artist and a wonderful staff with a welcoming smile. I would not trust my hair and skin with anyone other than the team here. You will not be disappointed!

OMG!!! I just say I just had the BEST Aesthetician ever!!! I have always had problem skin, so facials are necessary. Necessary or not for you; you MUST visit Lisa Chrisman! She is such a awesome lady! She has taken my skin to problem to wake up little tinted moisturizers, little mascara and I’m walking out the door!!! Ive never feel as clean and and beautiful as i do after a facial. I try to do it the same way she does but its not the same. Every Lady need to take care of herself. If you don’t want to look like your 50 and you only 30 take the time to care for you skin!!! Lisa Chrisman is the only one a trust with my skin! By the way when it comes to waxings no one can beat her; legs, arms your naught bits. Lisa is the gal. LOVE YOU RECHARGE!!!

Just got a hair cut by Gordon! And it is by far, my favorite haircut ever!
He trimmed up the top, added some texture and I am liking it more than any over barber or salon!
The products he has used works very well with my hair!

I always enjoy my hair cut and color appointments with Gordon as I have for over a decade. My hair looks great when I leave and stays that way for weeks. If seeing Gordon wasn’t enough, he is now in the salon he has always dreamed of opening. Recharge At Electric is bright and clean and beautiful. It’s a magical place to be pampered and reminded that dreams do come true.

Reservations — Walk-​ins are welcome!
Parking/​Location — Off Electric next to a corporate building. Parking is metered or free depending on how lucky you are snagging a good spot.
Service — Super professional and friendly staff. This is for Lisa, the licensed esthetician. Very accommodating in regards to schedules. The place is incredibly clean and sanitary. She’s really good and the waxing is (gasp) relatively painless which is based upon years of experience.
Cost– Varies depending on what treatment, but the prices are fair.

Gordon is the best by far! I went to see Gordon for an ombré and cut. I walked out of the salon with the biggest smile. My hair is absolutely beautiful. He picked the perfect colors for my ombré and fixed up my messed up hair cut from a stylist at another salon. I couldn’t be happier! It’s only been one day and I have received tons of compliments. I highly recommend Gordon for any hair care services!

Gordon is THE BEST! He’s been making me look better than I really should for over 20 years. My wife and daughter get their haircut from Gordon as well and they always look more beautiful than ever when we leave.
The new salon is amazing. For someone in a wheelchair, the parking is easy and the salon is very spacious with accessible restrooms available.
I would highly recommend giving Gordon a call if you don’t already have a salon you call home.
