My fave jewelry store in oc Their designs and quality are tops. I had 2 rings custom made for my daughter’s respective birthday and Christmas presents with some aquamarine stones I purchased elsewhere. I found some designs on-line and gave her the ring sizes and she made them perfectly and for a very, very reasonable cost Love, Love Stacy’s work. Every time I go in, I wish I could buy more.

You did it again… I love the earrings celebrating a 30th anniversary. Met Stacy when I was looking for a special ring to replace a wedding ring. Of course she had the perfect ring. Returned to Stacy when my husband and I reunited for new special wedding rings for us both and have never gone anywhere since. Stacy is a very special and talented artist… you will always have a unique piece of jewelry that you will not find anywhere else. As you work with her she becomes a very good friend… thank you darling for the years of beautiful presents,

My husband and I went to Something Fine with questions about reworking my wedding ring. Stacy looked at my ring with a loop and actually gave us some good advice. The problem comes down to what I discovered when we got home and looked at the ring myself with a loop… 1) One lower facet of the diamond was covered in a dark substance. Yuck! My first thought was… wow, I can’t believe she didn’t offer to clean it for me. At the very least tell me about it. 2) I couldn’t believe my eyes when I see that 2 of the 6 prongs had worn down completely beneath the edge of my center stone(COMPLETELYGONE). At this point I’m really upset. How could a professional jeweler look at my diamond under a scope and not see this? I went to another local jeweler who looked at the ring and immediately told me NOTTOWEARTHERINGANOTHERMINUTE! I was extremely lucky I hadn’t already lost the diamond. So, it certainly wasn’t her fault that my ring was in such bad shape. But I absolutely cannot understand how she could miss the fact that the integrity of my ring was completely compromised and I was at risk of losing my center diamond at any moment. Obviously, we won’t be returning to Something Fine.

Stacy found an AMAZING piece of BLACKDRUZY for me at the Tucson Gem Stone! I’ve never seen it in black and it is the most stunning stone I own! I wouldn’t have thought of Something Fine for a mineral — but I’d highly recommend them for your personal jeweler. Stacy is so talented and knows her customers tastes so well. She is amazing!

I was introduced to one of the owners of Something Fine. I lost my wedding ring recently and I went there to have it replaced(I was not happy with the original one) so I changed the design of it with their help. My wedding ring is beautiful. .. just gorgeous. It is a combination of wedding/engagement ring. The craftsmanship is excellent and I know it was made with the utmost care. This is my second experience with Something Fine. They also designed a beautiful ring for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. I recommend something fine to anyone who is looking for a beautiful piece of art work made into jewelry.

Are you kidding me? There is no finer jewelry designers than at Something fine. We have been purchasing jewelry here for 30 years. We bring all of friends and family and have complete faith in Stacy, John and staff. Stacy designed my wedding ring and numerous other special gifts for us. I trust her so much that I just let her do her own thing and I have adored everything. You can not go wrong here.

My Mom has an old, plain gold necklace and wanted to make an interesting piece. We came out with an interesting design. Stacy helped us to look for the right stones and kept within a good budget. The final complete piece is so beautiful that I love it very much and wear it everywhere. I know I have to return the piece to my Mom eventually… Thank you Something Fine!

Do you ever get close to the holidays and wonder what your wife will say when you just buy her another piece of department store junk or overpriced jewelry store boiler plate items? Want to do something unique and special? I’ve used Something Fine on two separate occassions and have been blown away by the results. Stacy and John help you create a custom piece on your custom budget that each time has been truly special for my wife. Their personal touch and attention to detail make Something Fine a place I will be going for a long time. This is THE place to get a special gift for that special someone. I have already referred others to this store personally. What are you waiting for? Check it out for yourself!

Stacy Walker of Something Fine in Seal Beach was so helpful recently with the design of a piece of custom jewelry that I envisioned for my wife. I sketched out the concept that I wanted and she helped clarify some of the more personal design points including the stone. She modeled the necklace pendant in wax and had me come to the shop to approve it. She was very helpful when selecting the grade of metal to cast it in, reviewing my options and prices and making suggestions along the way. The finished product was exactly what I had envisioned and the gift(one of a kind) was cherished by my wife. I highly recommend visiting Something Fine if you are looking for a gift to impress even those people that seem to have everything. Thank you Stacy!

Cute little shop with very nice pieces of jewelry. They make everything by hand, sculpting, engraving, carving different metals(golds, silvers, etc.) into intricate designs and cut stones to match. It’s a family-run business, so you can expect great service and honest dealings. Ask for Josh if he’s there, because he’s awesome. Many of their pieces feature opals, which is my mom’s birthstone, so I’m planning on maybe picking out something she’ll like when I go back. They also offer smaller services, as I’m replacing a clasp on one of my necklaces and possibly resizing a ring. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood. Bring a girlfriend/wife/potential, and she’s sure to find something she’ll love!
