I found Terri and Frank through my husbands coworkers and I knew after talking to Terri on the phone for a few minutes, that they are the real deal. I have used 4 different tax preparers in the past and I always just felt like a number. Terri and Frank went the extra mile to make sure we understood the complexity of the different aspects of our somewhat difficult return. When Terri spotted a mistake that the prior preparer had made, she was able to explain complex tax terms in a way that made sense to me and was able to correct the mistake and get us back on track.
You will never find more genuine, caring and serving people, they truly love what they do and it shows with their customer service. I’ve never received such quick responses to calls and emails, We will be clients forever!

Terri Bursinger of Sterling Tax Solutions is the accountant I work with in conjunction with a mutual client. I have found that working with Terri she is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of accounting and tax. Her attention to detail rivals my own, a full charge bookkeeper. Most CPA’s gloss over details, but not Terri! If you, as a business owner, want to stay out of hot water with the IRS, the California Employment Development Dept., Board of Equalization, and Franchise Tax Board, you need Sterling Tax Solutions!
