Last time we ate there was a Friday night. Went to the buffet and roaches scattered from the steam table and haven’t been back

Being a block off the main road we wouldn’t have found it if we hadn’t been looking for it based on the good reviews here. Lots of locals eating here. Staff was super friendly. Food came quickly and was quite good. My wife found a good vegetarian option. When our margaritas were half gone our glasses were whisked away and returned quickly with a free shot of tequila. If you like local food and local color then Los Amigos is for you.

Food was alright. Not a fan of the spinach enchiladas, kinda gross but the service was good. Nachos were really good. Quest is alright and the chews enchilada was good. They didn’t have tortilla soup? But it was on the menu. Overall, it was just alright.

Absolutely love this place. It is always a toss up between going to Casadorez or coming here. What wins me over most of the time is the pricing. Definitely more«bang» for you buck here at Los Amigos. I never have to catch a waiter to refill my beverage or clean the table. They are always spot on with service. Every Friday and Saturday they have a buffet that is absolutely delicious! Cons: Really small restaurant, sometimes it can be pretty hot inside(past few times I’ve gone the AC was acting up). Pros: They have great margaritas that are really cheap compared to most places, the food is excellent, service is great.

We have eaten at Los Amigos for over a decade. Good food. Great price. Excellent service. They take great care of kids. The décor is a little dated and perhaps worn, but the food and service will not let you down. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

«Friends» … With friends like these, who needs this inna me? Would a friend tell you it’s fresh spinach, when you know it’s not?(I asked if it was fresh. But it was limp, dark color of spinach in spinach enchiladas; it wasn’t from a can, at least; but certainly from frozen) Would a friend ignore the new customer(me) to chat with regulars for too long?(OK. They need friends to stay in business.) I guess, a friend in need is not a friend for speed(of service). Would a friend try to overcharge you by $ 2?(manager or owner did not have menu items’ prices memorized or look at menu) —«A good friend listens to your adventures, a best friend makes them with you.» — Unknown author My accomplice from work agreed with me not to eat at a chain, but to seek out and test an un-reviewed restaurant, even if it was off the freeway a bit. It came with some bland watery green sauce. Spanish rice had some veggies in it, like green beans, peas and even a lima bean. Salsa: Good medium hot and thick. Chips: Thick. Either old chips or old oil(had a slight rancid oil taste) —«The best time to make friends is before you need them.» — Ethel Barrymore The place was about half-full of customers on a weekday evening. One table of about 6 customers was not very friendly to the waitress, but she handled their requests politely.
