So I called to order a pizza at 1030 and the restaurant closes at 11. She tells me they are closed and that I can not place an order. I go online and make an order and it says it will be ready at 1053. Before 11, the closing time. I go over at that time to pick up pizza and I say is it ready and she said sorry we are closed. To which I reply so you did not get my order? She says Michael? Yes I got it. Then she goes to back to what I assume is tell the cook to make it. I ask the 3 girls sitting around on the counters should I come back in 5? They said maybe 10. Which would be 11. I come back at 11 and the lady says sorry we are closed. I told you that when you called at 1030. I said well my order went through online so I assumed you guys would make it. She says no that’s a central order system. We don’t follow that. Sorry. So if they don’t follow Pizza Hut online ordering then why are they Pizza Hut? Why could I make my order? Better yet why are their hours 10 – 11? Not 1030 where they obviously decide in store when they are done working. That is bad management, especially on a Saturday night. The lack of care and poor customer service definitely made sure I will never return to this establishment. Watch out here, if they don’t feel like making you pizza they won’t do it. Just assume the place closes at 10, because the employees here are the ones that dictate the store hours, not management; or the franchise for that matter.

I wish I could give them no stars, so we went in to eat there and we where told they couldn’t split up the flavors on an order of 24 wings, I mean how hard is it to split up an order. This is not the first time they have let me down… last year I asked them if they could turn on the world cup soccer match and was told they could change the channel on the tv… the food here is sub-par at best so I would suggest Jins in sealy or just go to katy… I am only one person but they have lost my business for good…

The costumer service is horrible!!! And the manager clearly hates her life and doesn’t care about the costumers, I’m a really nice guy so I’ll give them 2 stars.

Only good thing about this place is the food is pretty good. Other than that, this place has many reasons why I give it one star! The waitresses are horrible, they hardly ever check on you. When I asked for a root beer they were out, I asked for a Sierra mist they were out, so it got stuck with a drink I didn’t even want. It is super noisy, I feel like I have to yell just to talk to someone that’s three feet in front of me. Speed of service is ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE! I ordered my two pizza and wings at 6:30 and didn’t get my food until 7:45. The waitress acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. Mind you, there was only five people in the restaurant itself. I will never come back to establishment again. This is not the epitome of Pizza Hut. You’re better off going to katy to get pizza honestly!
