I needed fork seals. I needed them right away. Malcom did way more than provide what I asked for. He examined the forks closely and recommended new forks as mine were scratched beyond repair. Then he sourced a pair and got them on my bike sooner than if I did the work myself. And his shop rates are reasonable.
