Virginia Gilbert – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with this insurance company for a short 8 months now & I have had nothing but issues for 6 months out of the 7 months I have had my policy here. Very rude employees the very first, second & third time I walked into the office to put my payment on file. IT TOOK 3 TIMES OF ME COMING IN THERE FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE PAYMENT! I do not for the life of me understand that! (Not the woman who currently deals with my policy) But by others in that office. (PRO TIP: Learn customer service or don’t work in that field at all. In other words, do your job.) 2^nd major issue is, I am told my policy is a certain amount each month & every month so far I have been over charged without any notice or any written documentation that it has increased. Its not an issue that it increased, its an issue that I’m told its a certain amount and for 6 solid months now it has changed EVERY SINGLE MONTH & has increased $ 110 more than the original rate I paid the second month and only month they have charged me correctly. I have called and have got a different explanation/​excuse each month. & still have not received an answer to a refund of the money that has been taken or when and if it will be credited to me? FRUSTRATING!
I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business else where! I myself am in the process of moving my policy else where.
