I was in a bind and needed to print just 6 pages off before a big meeting. When I went to the print area, they told me one printer was down and the other would be busy printing for a few more hours. When I ask the manager, Allen Thomas, if he could help me in my situation with a printer in his office or SOMETHING, anything to help, he told me there was nothing he could do. Something could have been done. On a side note, my bank, First Security, was very helpful and able to print my 6 pages on the spot.
