Called once in Sept 2014, requesting an estimate for a 1200 sf lease home in Searcy. No call back, no response. Called again Jan 2015, same request, no call back, no response. A friend convinced me to try one more time, so I called Feb 2015, and while the lady at the office was very nice… No estimate… no call back. Very strange. I got a fantastic, fast quote from Roops Carpet. My $ 3k is going to Roops…
I’ve heard WRF doing good work… But since they can’t call me back, or even go out and do the quote, I guess I’ll never know. I hate writing negative reviews, but I wanted this to be noted.
