This is a lovely state park, with wooded hiking trails along the coast, lots of picnic tables, a playground, and tide pools. Beware, during low tide, the pools can be slippery from the kelp, but well worth a visit. On our trip today, we found star fish, green crabs, and hermit crabs. The hiking trails were relatively flat and appropriate for most fitness levels. Although unpaved, they would probably work with a stroller. There is a modest entrance fee to the park and it closes at 7 pm nightly.
