MYO is a local chain of FroYo in Monterey County, with several stores in Monterey and one or two in Salinas, it is great to support local business. The stores are always very clean, well lit, and easy to navigate. You get two options for a container, Large and Extra Large. Then many, many choices of toppings.
Tip– We like to go during lunch, aka happy hour ½ off, and take it back in the freezer for after dinner!
Pro’s:
–Clean, easy, simple experience
–Never out flavors and plenty to choose from
–Sugar free and Dairy free options
–Easy pricing, you can select how much or little to indulge
–50+ toppings to choose. From health blueberries and coconut to candy
–Punchcard for frequent visits
Con’s:
— Can get expensive if you load up an Extra Large container
–Weekend nights are filled with high school kids, so very busy
–Can be addictive!

I go whenever I can. It’s the perfect dessert if you’ve got a sweet tooth but also want to stay a bit on the healthier side. I read some of the reviews about the yogurt being too expensive, but I think it’s cost is fair if you know what you’re going to get (toppings included). The flavors vary every visit but you still get a nice variety. All the flavors I’ve had pass all expectations and are extremely satisfying. It’s well worth it and way better than any Pinkberry or Yogurtland.

The girls at this location are awesome. My bf is a crazy yogurt maniac. Since I introduced him to this place he seriously waits for his favorite flavors and it cracks me up cuz the girls call us every time they have his favorites. They’re great! Location looks pretty clean… Fruits are most of the time pretty fresh. No complains. Red velvet, tres leches, cake batter, are the top 3! Love them! I just wish they had them more often.

Really expensive; would’ve gone elsewhere if elsewhere was closer. Also perturbed by the fact that I wasn’t allowed to get my own samples — the store employee with the sample cups had to walk around with me and give me the samples as I requested them. I understand this might be a good policy if I were five years old, but I’m not five and this seems like a waste of time for an employee who already seems to be irritated and stretched thin in her duties. There were multiple people who came in afterwards asking for samples or help and it was very clear she was being overworked.
The froyo itself was good, nothing special and a minimal selection of flavors. However, their toppings are excellent with a wide selection, so that balanced it out somewhat. Not enough though to make it worth going back for an expensive and hassle of a dessert.

Excellent yummy flavors with very helpful, friendly staff. Great hours! Open, open, open until 10pm! Thanks! Frozen yogurt is slightly healthier than ice cream, but the multitude of toppings will put you over the top.

LOVES THIS MYO!
There’s nothing wrong with the other ones, but this one is the BEST! their fruit is so fresh, and the mochi is SOOO freaking good. Lol. I don’t know when this place got here but I am so glad! Sweet people working here as well. Was more then satisfied when I left!

Nooooooooo! Thumbs down. Didn’t like this yogurt and didn’t care for the girl working this afternoon. Not friendly or genuinely welcoming. I am NOT A FAN of yogurt places who get the sample for you. Lame. Double lame. The girl barely gave us any to try. Didn’t care for the multiple flavors I tried. Vanilla was blah, strawberry shortcake was BLECH, the tart was nasty, and key lime was bland. So yah after this afternoons experience I will pass this place up. Also quite pricey for $.54 per ounce! That adds up quick. No thanks.

I love the fro yo here! Great flavors, and always a few premium and a few fat free. The fruit looks nice and fresh and the toppings are well stocked.
This store is always clean, but it ALWAYS smells like Simple Green or Lysol or something. So I always get it to go and try not to hang out in the fumes too long!

The parking is much better than the cannery row location! And they have a bathroom! My friends and I used a Groupon and it was a smooth transaction.
