It was a great choice for my family after a fun day at the beach. Plus, there is a mcdonalds right accross for my other boys. Picked up a family meal to go. Girls were nice to suggest for me to wait a few minutes for a fresh beef and broccoli. Provided plates and generous in sauces. We drove home(40) minutes and evrything arrived neatly packed and warm.

The same Panda Express food you would expect so I have no knock with the food. The dining room was clean enough, location fine, parking adequate. Maybe a little pricey but what is not anymore? My issue after three visits to this location over three months is the attitude of the counter staff. There is something wrong here. Maybe they are told not to smile? Seems unlikely. A no greeting policy? This wouldn’t be expected but what do I know, maybe present day market studies show friendliness is a liability and no longer a judicious use of employee time. Why else would it be impossible to get a hello, smile or at least a feigned expression of positive attitude from the counter staff.

The 2 girls that worked there at night egnore me and kept serving the men behind me. When I said: it’s my turn, they egnore me and continued serving the men behind me. I walked away. SOTUDE!!!#

The Panda does what it’s designed to do — cheap, fast, decent quality Chinese food. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and while there are healthier choices out there, it is super convenient. I would say the staff is challenged at keeping the dining area clean. Other than that, the food line is kept stocked and they are friendly about letting you try samples.

Reliable, clean and cheap enough. Pay attention to the freshness, I recommend ordering your entrees and sides based on how long its been sitting.

The food is good, they never disappoint in that aspect. Over the years I feel like there prices has definitely gone up, and they give you little amounts of food. I went in today(after not being in for a while) and apparently it’s a $ 1+ extra for walnut shrimp? Since when? That’s ridiculous I ALWAYS get walnut shrimp and not once did they charge me extra for that. Maybe they never told me or it’s a new thing. But so stupid. Customer service does suck at this Location as well.

Ordered take out on New Years Day and when I got home I started to scoop out some rice and found a hair in it!!! Immediately called store and noone answered! Called customer relations and they were closed. I ended up emailing them about my experience and they have yet to respond. This Panda sucks in customer service!

Thumbs up here. One of the cleanest PE’s I have been too. Timed it right to get some food for the family. Everything in the food case was stocked and ready to go and line was moving right along. Everything we had here today was fresh and good. Love getting the panda bowl with chow mein and teriyaki chicken. Very good. Dining area was well maintained and customer service was good. Would def come back.

Don’t go here! Wait takes forever and the food is ghastly. There’s plenty of other Chinese places in Seaside that would appreciate your business.

Poor quality control. Was served dry shriveled up asparagus stems, the low part of the stem that is not eaten. Lots of fatty and salty dishes –not friendly for the heart. Sold out of eggplant? However eggplants were on display with other veggies. The original owners of this chain would be disappointed. The angus beef was very tough. Quality control needed.

I don’t see what the poor reviews were caused by. I walked in, ordered, got my fresh food from a pleasant young lady with a smile and sat in a comfortable chair an ate lunch. Maybe I was lucky but I don’t think so.

OK… it was around noon, so you would think they would have extra staff. Nope. One person doing the main food and another doing the register. When I got there there was one person in front of me… when I left, at least 10 out the door. And the servers didn’t pick up the pace and noooo personality. One of the things I ordered was iced tea. No artificial sugar substitutes of any kind(I asked). And I ordered to go. No napkins and more importantly, no utensils. Kind of hard to eat chow mien and walnut shrimp by hand. Hope they get their act togther!

Seriosly the chow mein and fried rice had no vegetables in them so they looked very plain, there were 6 empty trays and the girl working there told me they were out of a lot of things tonight and that the chef was on break. Wow! They need more employees so they don’t run out this isn’t the first time this happened. They are always short on entrees. Service sucks and the employees don’t really care. Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been too. NEEDSIMPROVEMENT! I drove all the way there and walked out talk about waste of time!

Well, Panda… it is now 900PM on a Wednesday. While I am about to enjoy my recently ordered meal consisting of mixed veggies, teriyaki chicken and eggplant/tofu and a nice glass of Rosé wine, you continue to disappoint me with the lack of fortune cookies at this time of night in your facility. Certainly, the panda HAS to have additional boxes in the back, however it seems that sometimes, just sometimes, your employees do not desire to complete our food experience with this necessity! One of the main tenants, along with your delicious good food and pandaness, is to open up that little cookie containing a mysterious fortune(that probably comes in barrels) to «see» into our future! More fortune cookies please!

One thing I like to do when I travel is visit Panda Express. The service is good and the food is prepare the same with good flavor. As soon as I entered this Seaside location I knew something was missing, no ««Welcome to Panda!» was heard and no offer of a sample was given. The sever groaned her words to me as I ordered my favorite Teriyaki Chicken. She put several large pieces in the container and didn’t cut them up into small bite size pieces. This was important because I was staying at a hotel with no knives. No knives were available in the restaurant either. A cutting knife was sitting next to the chicken, as is standard with this restaurant. I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce or I would’ve have gotten it. I waited to pay while two servers talked in Spanish. Panda Passion Tea is my favorite. I was disappointed to see when the drink came out of the container it was a lite yellow, instead of looking like tea. I had to opt for a substitute drink. This might have been an off night, but if you wonder why your business isn’t growing… you might want to check your customer service.

Was a regular, not any more. The last time we went there on 12/27/2014 at 2PM(really hoping they read this), everything but the rice was at or near room temperature. Besides the low temperature, everything was way past it’s prime and nothing was crispy. I thought it was just me, but my entire family experienced the same thing and we all ordered different things. Making matters worse, most of the empty tables were dirty and the one we sat at appeared to be clean, but I discovered food/sauce smeared around the edge of the table. This sauce ended up on my clothes. The icing on the cake was being charged for an extra drink. I filled out a Panda Express survey that entitles me to a free entrée. No thanks.
