Pizza Hut

So we are here now just finishing up dinner/​birthday for twin 4 year olds. The service was ok. However the pizzas did not have hardly any cheese on the pizzas and when we showed our server that the cheese pizza didn’t have cheese on half the pizza she took it to the manager and he said take 5 dollars off. Plus they forgot one of our pizzas and then tried not giving it to us. I could go on and on but I don’t want to waste one more minute here. And neither should you.

I’m sorry to say that we can’t give it a lower ranking I am now waiting on two hours for two pizzas at my home I’m local I understand delays but this is ridiculous I’ve called it will be there in a few minutes that was 45 minutes ago I will never order from here again it’s totally going downhill get some new management with some organizational skills so extremely disappointed in this place

Placed and online order for one pizza on a Saturday at 11:15am. My email confirmation said it would be ready at 11:45am. I arrived at 11:45 on the dot and when I went to pay I was the only person in the place and I was told it would be another 15 – 20 minutes before my food was ready. No big deal… So I wait… Well over 25 – 30 more minutes before I got my ONE PIZZA. The floors were disgustingly dirty when I walked in and I was obviously the first and only customer of the day. Came here because Pizza Hut chains are usually all about the same quality for cheap pizza but this place is disgusting. I won’t be back.

Waited for an hour then got a call that they forgot to send and that it would take another 45 minutes… but wait, FREE SODA… yippee…I don’t drink that stuff.

Absolutely disgusting! Will never come back. Will tell everyone not to waste their time. Horrible. Nasty bathrooms. Dirty, sticky and trash everywhere (even in eating areas). Asked for crayons and was ignored. Pizza was horrid. So very disappointed with the entire experience.

I ordered half Hawaiian half pepperoni delivery, and he even verified that on the phone, and when the guy came I didn’t see till after he left that it was half pepperoni and half Canadian bacon with mushrooms. WTF? That’s disgusting and I’m allergic. When I called back being friendly enough the guy who I originally called answered, didn’t even apologize and just offered to have it switched out with a new one. Not even a discount offered or anything whatsoever. The guy who delivered it was really nice but seriously? I will pick somewhere else from now on. I mean at least learn to pretend to care. Unprofessional.

Wow, this is about the worst place I’ve ever been, and I’ve been a LOT of places. The waitress was picking her face and wiping her nose with her hand before we even got to our seat. She was noticeably VERY annoyed at something, which was probably the kids in one of the booths, who I guess were hers, since she was yelling at them across the restaurant.
She was also rude to the other people foolish enough to be there, and the entire rest of the staff was just sitting around the booth yelling at the screaming kids, despite there being at least 5 dirty tables in the dining room.
The food was horrible, but we were afraid to touch most of it, so I’m just guessing by the look of the less safe-​looking items, but the pizza was stale and the pasta was cold.
I wasn’t sure whether to call the Health Department or DHS, but this place was a shithole, and those people definitely shouldn’t have kids. A truly horrible experience.

Serves me right for not checking the reviews before we went. This place deserves a quarter star, not a full one. Worst pizza we ever had. There was a pool of Grease on top we soaked up with a few napkins. The pizza was soggy and I don’t know what that white goo was in the stuffed crust because it was not cheese. Can’t say I ever left over half a pizza behind without taking it home.
Thank goodness we have an ice chest of razor clams. Tomorrow’s dinner is set.

Not all Pizza Huts are the same! When we ride Quads in Florence we frequent a Pizza Hut and it will feed us for at least 3 meals. With a Large $ 10 pizza with any toppings we get two and a bunch of chicken wings. When stopping at the Pizza Hut at Seaside. OMG! We asked for our regular pizza order we get in Florence and they look at us like we just spoke French. Give me a break do you not see your own advertisements on Television. Guess not. Any way since the server was starting to give my boyfriend a bit of an attitude boyfriend said well we’re leaving. As we walk out the server hollers to the back staff… No tip for me, they are leaving. ??? No, we will not be coming back, and seeing the review-​looks like we are in good company.

I’m giving two stars only because the pizza tastes like Pizza Hut pizza should, otherwise I’d be giving one star! Every year we come to Seaside and end up ordering carry out at this Pizza Hut (funny that we still keep coming even though the staff here are incompetent) and every year they screw up our order somehow. The staff aren’t friendly, don’t have customer service skills or experience, yet some how we keep coming back. The pizza does taste good, but they are very, very, extremely slow! Even on week nights! We are the only people here yet still have to wait almost an hour for our pizza! OMG. I’ve even seen the management change every couple of years, but the service remains crappy. What’s going on in there? I’m guessing this is routine for them? Hmmm, I’m still coming back next year because it’s convenient to order carry out and we always have our pup with us, so we basically can’t eat in anywhere else. Get it together Pizza Hut!

My family and I go to Seaside every year for Spring Break and stop in for pizza at Pizza Hut. EVERY SINGLE YEAR they mess up our order big time. It’s a joke now after so many years. Be prepared for extremely long waits and messed up orders. Like I said, every single time!
