I live for Rite Aid. My life depends on it. That store, that magnificent area of shopping, holds the secrets to life. Find anything from toothpaste to feminine hygiene items(girls we know everyone needs it) from chocolates to gift cards, this store really blows minds. –Wizard

Large, clean, fairly well stocked store. Seems difficult to find some basic items. Slow to fill prescriptions and work with doctors. Customer service is a little sketchy.

The GOOD: surprisingly good wine section with great prices. Most of the employees are professional and courteous. Prescriptions filled in reasonable time. THENOTSOGOOD: Mundane and uninviting storefront and interior, and they’re a big chain which I don’t much care for. I’ve had one or two experiences with staff who seemed less than professional, but that’s not the norm.

Large store for all your grocery needs. But, why don’t they sell any liquor? Go across the street next to Taco Time. They do have one of the largest selections of wines that i’ve ever seen.

Thank you, Rite Aid, for being open on Thanksgiving. I was also pleasantly surprised by their newly expanded wine section. We were able to pick up those items(there are always one or two) we forgot to pack or decided we really needed during our stay at the coast. One item from toiletries, another from the electronics section, throw in a bottle of wine…

Unfortunately, we’ve had occasion to shop at this Right Aid on several occasions. The store is merchandised very poorly. They have these great big sale signs everywhere but in the little tiny Fine Print on them it says that you don’t get the sale price until you spend $ 250. In my opinion, this is very poor business practice. Also, the managers and the staff seems very poorly trained. They have a hard time doing the basic functions on the cash register. They couldn’t even check the balance on our gift card. They told us that we would have to call the main Rite Aid number. What… like they don’t have a phone? And by the way, really watch what they’re ringing up because today, sure enough, several items didn’t ring up at the correct price and if we hadn’t caught it we would’ve paid full price for sale items. Do yourself a favor — try Walgreens or Fred Meyer instead

Store was a mess. Shleves barely stocked. Pharmacy tech rude. Prescription was not ready. Pharmacist did not offer instructions on taking meds. Go somewhere else.
