I wish I could give this place a negative rating as well. Extremely rude and disrespectful«customer service». I really believe they don’t understand the meaning of those words. I ordered a pizza online as I have done before and applied the online coupon code that was in their advertisement. The cashier, who turned out to be the assistant manager(Mariana.Miranda?), informed me when I went to pick up the pizza that to receive the discount I needed an actual coupon to give her. I informed her that it wasn’t necessary the time before when I had ordered. «No coupon no discount», was her very terse response. I informed her that nowhere on the website or in the process of ordering online was there a mention that you needed a physical coupon to bring in to the store while using the online discount code. She told me that I was wrong and the cashier before was wrong and should have asked for a coupon from me. «You want your pizza you pay full price!» I told her politely I wouldn’t pay full price and that she probably had a pretty good idea what she could do with the pizza. Extremely rude and condescending… I get the feeling they really don’t mind being impolite and hostile to customers who they feel are«wrong». I’m going tomorrow to talk with the manager or hopefully the owner to air my concerns but I’m in doubt as to whether it will do any good. Having been a customer here I can say that the pizzas here were ok… Nothing outstanding. I usually ordered here for convenience sake and to use an occasional coupon. The regular prices aren’t cheap especially for what they offer. I CAN post this as a warning to others who might think about going here… If you want high priced so-so pizza served by Managers and staff who are uncaring and rude, then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a decent place with friendly staff and good food, better go somewhere else… Seaside Round table won’t have what you’re looking for. You’ve been warned.

Round table pizza Seaside Ca… Managment at this location is so below par it is not even funny. Although«Round Table Pizza» is a very good chain and has awesome pizza’s, this location is the WORST! There is no communication between the person taking your order and the person delivering your order. I have had many wrong order deliveries and even one time the location manager even told me it wasn’t his fault for the mistakes. I think my residence has given their drivers more advice on how to give better customer service than the actual location management has. I have written letters about the management that they have representing this location and not one response. Please Please Pleas, Do Not give this store location the satisfactory of getting your money for sub par customer service. Mistakes are given when dealing with Food and Beverage but when a establishment continually makes excuses for poor service it begins to be a problem. Locals and Families visiting our area, shop around for other pizza eateries in this area. Poor service isn’t worth it for a so called«gourmet pizza» #foodforthought

Round Table, as a rule, has always been a pretty safe bet for a pizza joint. Until today. Today, a group from my school decided to have a nice pre-Thanksgiving buffet lunch at the Round Table Pizza in Seaside. Um… big mistake, or should I say extra-large mistake. This group from school included 4 students from a special day class(SDC); these were autistic kids who were excited to have a pizza party today. The 6 adults in our party purchased the buffet lunch deal, as did 2 of the students who brought their pizza money — all at $ 9.75/per person. The other 2 kids decided not to partake and were happy to just be included. During our dining experience here, the 2 students who were not partaking were offered a tiny(2″ diameter) slice of cheese pizza from one of the plates that was finished. As these 2 kids were enjoying their slice, the manager of the joint stormed the dining room where we were eating and leaned into their faces and pointed fingers at them, and with a raised voice said, «You pay or you leave — now!» These poor kids were terrified — and being autistic, were confused and agitated. I understand the concern, from a loss prevention perspective, but there is a right way to handle things and a wrong way. This was the absolute WRONG way. Instead of coming to one of the adults in our party and politely mentioning his concern, he chose to be exceedingly belligerent and confrontational, and ruined the entire experience. I went to the counter and paid the full price of $ 9.75 for each of the 2 children who had had a slice of pizza given to them. Another adult in our party asked for the contact information of Round Table corporate as to register our concerns about how poorly this manager had handled things. His response was, «I’m going to call the police…» He was completely unprofessional, petty, anti-customer, and has no business working with the public in the capacity of a restaurant manager. So, long story shorter, if you have the opportunity to go out for pizza in Seaside, you may want to consider any other pizza restaurant you can find instead of this hostile and poorly-managed Round Table. To the manager, yes, you: Marco, You might want to consider a career change — like, to maybe doing cavity searches for the TSA, working as a prison guard, or something similar. Your restaurant has lost our business for good. We’ll go to the one in Marina instead. Good riddance!

I wish I could give –5 stars because this is thee worse Rountable EVER!!! I ordered $ 105 bucks of pizza inside the store, as the pizza was made I watched this dude touch every pizza that came out of the oven, not just touch, he stuck his fingers inside the pizzas. They charged my credit card twice!!! I had to bring it to their attention 4 days later as I checked my account. No management whatsoever. I will NEVEREVERGOHEREAGAIN!!!

Cashier Esmeralda was not so customer service friendly. Pizza was beautiful, but could have been toasted a little more(was not crispy). Hot wings were excellent. Restrooms were nasty and out of paper. I understand why they have such a low rating.

I was weary from the previous reviews but I was really in the mood for round table. Got an extra large king Arthur and it was good! Location was small and old but the employees were nice. Manager was in the back double checking every pizza. Overall not a bad experience.

Worst possible experience ever. I ordered online and the ticket they received did not match what I put in online. Spoke with general manger Carlos chevelas and told him it was not what I ordered he said that the ticket he received he made too bad. I called back after reding their satisfaction guarantee policy and he said he called the owner for permission to refund or make the correct order. He said the owner told him no. I am calling corporate tomorrow morning. Not only was my order incorrect the response was extremely rude and inappropriate. Not only will I never order again I will tell everyone I know not to order from them. I even told them I would bring the pizza back for a refund. Still said no. I see now why this restaurant has such terrible reviews. I took pictures for proof. It looks like it was smashed in an industrial press. They said my order was for an extra thin crust. I choose regular crust and a liter or Pepsi. They had to call because their system didn’t show Pepsi. So not only will they not honor their own corp policy they blame the customer when their own system does not work correctly. I will eat anywhere but here. I can’t leave zero stars but I would if I could.

While they are much better than dominoes… I wish they were more prompt when delivering. They quoted me 11:45am at the latest but got my pizza at 12.
Fu**ing horrible!!! I would love to give this place a rating of negative 10 stars but Unilocal doesn’t let you. Tried to call and place an order for delivery and the a**hole that answered was rude as hell! Told him to never mind the order and asked to speak with the manager. Ha, the so-called manager gets on the phone and I tried asking why his employee is so damn rude… he continued to interrupt me and kept telling«I’ve never had complaints on him…» «He’s a good guy…» Lmao wth!!! I would really love to know who the owner of this location is but then again, not sure if that would make a difference considering he/she hired these employees. They’ll never have our business again and suggest everyone else to stay away from this location.

If you can’t tell by the other reviews… stay away from this location. Round Table is my favorite Pizza but the employees are rude. You can tell they don’t keep the same standards as other locations.

Stay away from this location. Round Tables is my favorite pizza but for some reason, this particular location cannot make the pizza right. It was not as good as the pizza location in Monterey. The pizza I received was burned and there was not enough cheese. The manager was too goofy and unprofessional. I’m here to pick up my pizza and go, not to crack jokes. Take my words and go to the location in Monterey.

As much as I love pizza, especially from Round Table, this trip was somewhat disappointing. I ordered ahead, online, and though I was a little early, the kid working the counter seemed lost. Fine, whatever… My friend and I order a beer while we wait and try connecting to the guest Wi-Fi account for Round Table. When prompted for a password, I asked the cashier, and he refused to give it to me. Let me ask this… WHY have a guest Wi-Fi account, if not allowing your guests to use it? Customer service, needless to say, was lacking.

When I go to round table I expect the round table pizza that I love and this location has good pizza. But what I also expect is to be able to order a beer and this place had 5 selections, all of which were either out of order or flat and warm. And when I asked the employee he just gave me this dumb look and told me it must be the«carbonation»? Take some pride in your work! Or at least offer me a refund. I’ll never be back here again.

I wish there were a zero star ratining available. HORRIBLE service. The manager at the seaside round table pizza has caused this particular franchise to lose our family’s business. Rude, nasty, disgusting attitude displayed to a customer & seaside resident. Don’t eat here, very nasty people.

Earlier this week I was in R.T. for dinner and left some extra coupons with the cashier just in case someone forgot a coupon or to have as a tool to up sell a customer. The cashier put them in the drawer. Today we ordered two large specialty pizzas for lunch. A man identified him self as the manager, Marcos refused to honor the coupons. Marcos told me that I was trying to screw him out of money. The pizzas where already made and ready for pick up. I told him I would pay for the pizzas at coupon price. Coupons are used to generate sales. Marcos said this was the most ridiculous thing he’s ever heard. I told Marcos he was not a good manager and I would like to speak with the owner. Marcos dropped a few F bombs while telling me that I am ripping him off followed by telling me to «never fucking call here again.» Coming from restaurant management myself, I see Marcus as a liability. With his filthy mouth and lack of management skills will limit R.T.P.‘s ability to succeed as a business. Marcos failed to manage, lost the sale of the two pizzas, and now R.T. has five unhappy customers.

Round Table has become one of the more expensive pizza franchises around. In truth, Round Table is really good quality… enough that they should have 4 Stars… possibly 5… but again, they are pricey and lose a star as a result. This is the main reason, I usually frequent a place closer to where I live… which costs about 1⁄3rd of Round Table… and has similar quality. To feed my family at the local place… it’s about $ 18 for two huge pizzas… when I buy the similar quantity of food at Round Table… it’s nearly $ 60. Anyway, when I want a really tasty pizza, Round Table is what satisfies… as they have unique specialty pizzas that no where else can make(Maui Zaui, Wombo Combo, etc!)
