I’ve trained in martial arts for a long time and i have been training with sensei primo since i was a kid. a few years i ran into sensei primo and been training with him since. Shotoforce is a good, clean and safe dojo to train at and i highly advise everyone to come down and try out. sensei primo is a great instructor who has a great high level skill set and you walk through everything you need to protect yourself. the instructor and students are great to train with and it’s great family like environment.

Since I travel for work I’ve trained at a lot of BJJ schools over the years and I can honestly say that Shotoforce MMA is one of the best. I found a high level of technique from the instructor along with a family like atmosphere. Everyone was nice and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived and invited me back to train any time. If I lived in this area this would be my school.
