This is a cool and quirky little candy shop that we visit every time we hit Seaside. Personally, I go for the novelty stuff(Tabasco chocolate, candy cigarettes, etc…), which is hard to find. The prices are on the high side, but the selection is pretty incredible. The young lady who helped us on Sunday was super friendly and helpful. I can deal with paying a premium price for unique and hard to find treats that we buy once or twice a year. I might feel differently if I bought candy more often.

I bought 2 different types of fudge, some coconut bites, and a coconut patty thing this past Sunday. I didn’t try any of it until I got back home to Portland. All of that was $ 20 and all of it was very dry and seemed old, so I actually threw all of it away. The peanut butter fudge was so old that it literally just crumbled any time that you tried to pull a piece off. Very disappointed. Will not be back to purchase anymore chocolates.

Every visit we come for the pez! The staff is always helpful !! They will run upstairs to find what we are looking for that they may not have on the shelf! They have some fun candy you can’t find anywhere else and free fudge samples!

We forgot what a busy weekend this is in Seaside, but we are here anyway and ventured forth to our favorite shops and eateries. It’s bad news for my wallet to go to the Buzz on an empty stomach. But that’s what I did and I have the candy to prove it. We discovered Seafoam candy! Wow! What a unique thing that is! I love it in the white chocolate especially. We bought some of the new icky tasting jelly belly boxes for the nephews too. There is always something new to see in this great store. I love that the kids behind the counters are friendly and helpful. That is something you just don’t see in many other shops. We got a big box of fudge and tried all new favors like pumpkin and sea salt chocolate. We are going to try to make it all last for a day or two. What a fun place! I have just discovered the world of licorice here, too. So many kinds! Some are salty, and there are some hard kinds and some soft. There’s just so much in this store! I love the Buzz!

This is a great candy shop with a huge selection. Get your standard candy or find some crazy unique ones for some fun! Apart from candy, there is salt water taffy, fudge, and chocolates. It’s a fun shop to stop by on the boardwalk.

Beware! They are not like they used to be. They have changed hands and have more of the standard national brands you can find anywhere. They used to have a lot of specialty liquorice and an excellent chocolate counter. The large liquorice choices are not there and the chocolate counter has gone cheep. The milk chocolate cover graham crackers were not crisp and the dark chocolate! UGH! It’s so waxy tasting, it just ruins the treat for a dark chocolate lover. I AMSODISAPPOINTED! We drove up from Garibaldi to Seaside to go to this store. We won’t do that again. I usually do not give negative feedback.

There’s all kinds of candy in there. You can look at the candies that are toys and are in their own little bags/packages or you can get a plastic bag and pick candy out of barrels. There’s 4 sections of that. 2 sections of taffy. There are so many random stuff but it’s fun to look at like mint boxes or bacon toothpaste and etc. great place to go if you’re into sweets. There’s also a chocolate section and it looks so good but I haven’t gotten to try it.

You can smell the sugar from 25 feet away from the door. The biggest selection of Jelly Bellys I’ve ever seen, taking up a wall with every flavor they have, I think. They have candy that you can’t find anymore that was popular when I was little like candy cigarettes and candy buttons. Huge bins of candy. Chocolate covered Twinkies and apples. Truffles. I bought some smart alecky gum that had me laughing out loud for myself and as gifts for friends. Check this place out.

Look it’s expensive, but if you want a bargain go to the dollar store. Candy choices are a nice plus, but what makes this place an awesome joint is the lovely chocolate covered twinkies

Spendy, but the literally have every kind of candy and soda you can imagine… and some you won’t believe! Ranch dressing flavored soda? Ew! Chocolate covered bacon? Really? Fun and everything we got was yummy!

The truffle and fudge assortment was good. I like simple flavors, so sea salt milk and dark chocolate truffles were good. Got adventurous and had whiskey truffle and maple bacon truffle. Also got chocolate lover and maple fudge that were delicious! The line was worth the wait.

WHOA! I was so overwhelmed walking in here. Got to sample some taffy and fudge. I wasn’t really impressed with the taffy flavors that I tried, but the fudge was really good.

Great candy store with plenty of things to choose from. Even candy you didn’t even know they made anymore! Fudge, chocolate covered Pringles, bacon, twinkies, candy apples… so many more things!

TONS of candy. Lots of varieties. They have candy that you thought was no longer around. They sell many different chocolate dipped options. I bought the chocolate dipped bacon, Twinkie, & cupcake.

This candy store is nestled in downtown Seaside. It is like a blast from the past, with bubble gum cigarettes, candy cigars, and candy buttons among a vast selection of sweets. An array of truffles and fudge fill display cases. We struggled to determine what to pick and when to restrain. They also offer free samples of salt water taffy and fudge, as well as a military discount.

Seriously, they deserve a 6th star for having Jolly Joes as well as Cherry and Bub. If you remember these, you’ll know why.

Something incredible about their taffy — it may be the softest, most flavorful taffy I have ever had. And I am not a taffy person. Taffy is low, low down on my list of favorite sweets. They have a huge selection of crazy colors and flavors, and it’s not dried out, chewy or hard. It’s melty-soft. A kid with braces could eat it without issues. Is all taffy supposed to be this way, and I never knew this before? Yes, they have other goodies, a massive selection, and the store is always crowded. Worth it.

This place is great and has quickly become a beach trip tradition! The throwback candy was fantastic, definitely gave me that happy nostalgic feeling, but was even more awesome when I took my daughter there for the first time and showed her. However, I never really buy anything front the front of the store, all the stuff worth buying is in the back. The truffles are AMAZING and there are so many different flavors. There are so many different kinds of chocolates and candies back there are well. The staff is always really friendly, and yesterday the girl behind the chocolate counter amazed me with her attentiveness, striking up a conversation with my daughter about Girl Scouts after noticing a small Girl Scout logo on my sweatshirt. It is always really crowded, but that is probably because everybody else loves too.

I was thoroughly impressed with this candy store. It was packed when my wife and I walked in so we decided to head towards the vintage candy section. Right away I saw stuff from my childhood days that I had long forgotten about. The selection was down right impressive and I saw candy that was way before my time. As we made our way through the store the crowd started to dissipate so we were able to look around more and of course started to pick out candy for our road trip. First stop. Saltwater taffy! As another review says the selection of taffy is amazing, they have so many different flavors it seemed hard to decide. Next stop chocolate covered everything! From sea-foam to bacon to pretty much anything else that’s good, they have it here. Finally we made it to the fudge section again its overwhelming. So many different and delicious choices to make. They gave us a free sample of fudge when we were about to check out and from what I tasted it was really good. I think this store is a really fun place to check out and the selection alone is worth it to see.
