Terrible experience. The owner/manager came off as hostile right off the bat. She had no reason to be so rude. I came to buy a $ 2 latte during happy hour and asked to buy a flavor to add. The owner started ranting about people gaming the system and making a macchiato out of a $ 2 discounted latte. She mentioned that she works 12 – 14 hour days 7 days per week, and if I understood that, I would not be asking to buy a flavor for my 12 oz. latte. I find out when I go to write this review, that I could have used $ 1 off Unilocal deal to get a $ 3.50 flavored latte for $ 2.50… The same exact price I was trying to buy the latte for that she went off on me about… What the heck?! I told her that the previous owners were very nice and would have been glad to be accommodating. She said she’s owned it for 3 years and the previous owners didn’t even have a happy hour. She said that they are basically giving away the lattes for free during happy hour, and they say«no substitutions or alterations.» I told her that buying syrup, another menu item — to add — not substitute or alter — is not prohibited by her sign. I ended up being allowed to buy a $ 2 Italian soda and have the flavor on the side in order to ultimately split it between the two drinks. But, instead of putting it on the side, they put it directly in the latte… So I ended up with an «Italian soda» that was ultimately an iced club soda. I even had to ask to add cream. So, for $ 4, I got two 12 oz. drinks — a latte with a flavor, and an Italian soda without a flavor. I will go to the nearby coffee shop and buy a $.50 flavor since I was so rudely refused this purchase. I have bought syrups for around $ 4 for a large bottle from Cash & Carry. Buying a shot or two for $.50 would have been at a pretty good profit since there are way more than 8 servings per bottle. She even sarcastically«thanked» me for revealing that maybe they shouldn’t even have the lattes on their happy hour. I told her that I did not appreciate her sarcasm. Not only has this rude owner/manager lost our business, I will be reporting the incident to Worldmark — where I have been an owner for years. All for a $.50 flavor.

Nice little coffee shop, and Internet Café. Service was very welcoming and friendly. Coffee was great too. They have chess and a couple games and lots of free books to read. Clean and well kept up. Only a block from the main strip and the promenade.

No bad choice on sandwich and chowder is great. Out of several ingredients and service wasn’t the best.

Best coffee place! Friendly service, excellent food, delicious mochas. The barista made a special hot apple cider for my son and it made my son’s eyes light up in happiness. What a great find!

Great service from friendly people. The barista made my kids balloon animals! They have a variety of food choices. We came for breakfast and got bagels for the kids, a quiche and a bagel sandwich. It is located in the lobby of the worldmark hotel.

This place is fantastic. Not only do they have the typical snacks, pop, coffee, treats and such, but they also sell beer and wine. Went down with the kids to get drinks to have with dinner and the gentleman working who I assume was the owner offered to make the boys balloon animals and swords. Fantastic and friendly service in a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Nice coffee place by the sea at Seaside. Its located inside the lobby of the Wyndham, a bit of a hard find but well worth the trouble. The view at night with the lighted pools from the lobby is amazing. I got the mocha frappé which was nice, friends got tea and a slice of the lemon bar which was a good snack as well.

Not sure why other reviewers call this a «hotel» or «lobby» coffee shop, because whilst it is attacched to the hotel building, the entrance is on the main shopping street. No direct access to the hotel building from the shop. Average local coffee shop, run by several high-school age students. Popular location, so expect a wait(went twice, was about 15 minutes from entering the line to getting coffee both times). Good brew, and homemeade goodies get it a four star. Other than that, it is average.

This little place is better than you’d ever expect from a lobby coffee shop. Great coffee and a great selection of food items they make right there. They use biodegradable coffee cups since so many people take their coffee out to the beach. Super friendly and worth a visit!

Owners are great. Coffee is premium. Dad’s …their little store has a little of everything. Its a short trip to the market. This is a great addition to our condo experience. They also serve a lunch special.
