BigFoot Java

I love the coffee… this location used to be a daily stop on my Tacima/​Seattle commute. Always friendly service. The last few times I’ve stopped it’s taken forever!. usually two or three cars on either side.
Happy that business is good but if I was going to work I wouldn’t be able to stop. If I’m not in a hurry I’ll still stop because I love the coffee!

I used to come here everyday for coffee, most of my coworkers did too in fact. We have all stop after the most recent change in staff. They are slow, they have horrible attitudes and they are always talking to each other and pretty much ignoring the customers. I loved coming here for a long time just because of the friendly service, now I advise my friends, family and coworkers to stay away. I won’t be going back until they have different people. Truly upset about this.

I have emailed and called corporate for over two months. No answer no call back. Over 10 emails. Be sure to look out for all the rats in the tree area and by the dumpsters. In the am. I’m not kidding. Rats… Check out the chunks on the serving window trays. it’s bird crap from the birds above the windows. the customer sevice from the «corporate office» is the worst in the industry.. pay a little more go to starbucks

Thanks Kori for the best coffee ever! For whatever reason I get the same drink from other stands but yours are always the best tasting.

I am not even sure where to start… I guess I will start by saying that this review is not based off of a one time visit or even two. I have been coming to this Big Foot location for 5+ years now. The two stars are given because of a graveyard employee who works graveyard during the weekdays (typically Tuesday-​Friday). She is always friendly and consistent!
There is a weekend graveyard employee who always fails to give me my points when I check in and so she said she is going to write down my number and give it to corporate for them to give me my points, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my 3 drink points!
On Sunday, I went to this location for what will be my last time! There are 2 girls who I normally see working the same shift in the afternoons on weekends and they have the WORST attitudes. They are not welcoming or friendly, never give me my points, drinks are never as good as the other baristas, etc. One wears so much makeup I am always afraid the makeup will slide off her face and into my drink! On Sunday I went and ordered a kids smoothie and an iced black and white breve. The girl who took my order never asked me what size I wanted and when I looked into the window I noticed she was making a 16 ounce. I told her that I did not ask for that size. She rudely said“Yes you did” I told her I did not and she said «Well what size do you want» I let her know I wanted a 20 ounce. She walks to the back to dump out the ice in the 16 ounce cup and when she comes back out she did not hide her frustration as she SLAMMED the cup into the trash. That was it for me. I told the two girls that I wanted nothing! That every time I come to Big Foot when they are working they have the worst attitudes and I am over it. I left and went elsewhere. I refuse to give my money to this Big Foot location where the employees act as if they don’t like their jobs, can’t make consistent drinks, show good customer service skills, or give you your drink points.
I have been to many other big Foot locations and I have NEVER had this problem.

I like this place. They make good drinks and an easy access to the highway. It’s ideally located and it’s very convenient to go to. Girls that works here are extremely nice and more than capable of handling of all the mess.
My biggest concern is that there is a line everytime I come here. It’s really tiring to wait. I would definitely comeback again though when I’m not busy and I’m not in a hurry. If you’re in a hurry, get your drink somewhere else. I’m giving them a 4 star just because of everything except for the lines.

I just can’t get enough of the blended mythical mocha… I think there’s crack in it… So good.
